My wife is a well-known social media mexican interracial, marriage @Nubiabrown influencer, and when we walked into this shop, we immediately felt like family- Familia. They went above and beyond for us from start to finish. Our Model S Tesla looks absolutely incredible after their work! We recently moved back from Hawaii after living there for around seven years because we wanted to be closer to family. We have three kids, and this whole situation was extremely stressful. My wife's mom's Tesla was hit by someone who was on their phone and essentially drove full throttle into her. Thankfully, the team here took care of everything. We literally turned the entire situation over to them, and they handled it with professionalism, care, and integrity. They did everything they possibly could for us, and we are incredibly thankful. We will never use another body shop again! We highly recommend them to all of our friends and family. No wonder they have such a large shop right off the 215 Freeway -- you guys are doing things right! The way you treat people with love, honesty, and integrity really stands out. Thank you again for taking such great care of our family and making our Tesla look amazing! God bless you all! From start to finish, the team did an excellent job and the quality of the work really stood out. My Tesla now looks as good as new! Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in "I Love Lucy" was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It's that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them says everything and All Magic handled it with integrity and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend them to others. I just hope I don't have to come back because that would mean something happened to my precious car again! But if I do - I know I will leave it in their care.
