I had a great experience with Seidner's Collision Center and would absolutely recommend them. I brought my Toyota Corolla in after the trunk lid was damaged from a Quick Quack car wash, and the team had everything repaired in less than a week. They replaced the trunk, repainted it beautifully, and even went the extra mile by washing and vacuuming the inside of my car. The trunk also wasn't consistently popping open before, and they fixed that issue as well. Steve was especially helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. At pickup, I noticed what looked like scratches or polishing marks on the bumper and was concerned. I mentioned it to Steve, and he immediately took care of it--turns out it was just bird droppings (must have been from a massive bird, lol). He buffed everything out and made sure the car looked perfect before I left. What really stood out to me was the level of customer care. Jasmine made the initial process easy to understand, and Steve gave me a clear and reasonable timeline. He called before starting the work to explain what they found during the assessment, what repairs would be done, and provided an updated estimate. He also called when the work was completed. Throughout the process, they coordinated directly with Enterprise for my rental, which made everything seamless on my end. After I left, I thought I heard a knocking noise and went back. Steve took the time to walk me through the repairs and even went for a drive with me to check it out. The noise had already stopped and hasn't come back, but the fact that he took my concern seriously and didn't brush it off meant a lot. The work comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the vehicle, which gives great peace of mind. The insurance process with Mercury was smooth, and having Enterprise right next door made rentals incredibly convenient--they even arranged pickup and drop-off. The lobby was clean, smelled nice, and had plenty of seating. Jasmine at the front desk and Eric the manager were both kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. My vehicle was towed here after an minor accident. My car's suspension and right front fender was damaged. The service rep, Steve Stepps was assigned to my collision repairs so I met with him the morning of (02/26/26). After I asked a few questions (repair time, what parts will be used & etc.) he turned to me and said "this isn't a good fit for us." He explained that he didn't think I should get my car fixed with them. As if he owned the shop. Due to my concerns, he just dismissed me and didn't want to even start my estimate. After specking to the shop management, the manager apologized and started to prepare documents for the service estimate. Then Steve took the manager to the back of the shop, they returned minutes later and said they couldn't work on my car after all, due to some mechanical issue that they wouldn't be able to warranty. I thought this was sus since Steve was the only person that worked with my insurance company as if it was his contract specifically. In any case, I needed to leave and tow my car to another shop. I reported the incident to the Regional Manager Jeff in which he returned my call and apologized. He said there will be re-coaching in customer service due to my incident. read more

Went in for an estimate and immediately was met with a bad attitude from the receptionist because I did not have an appointment. Alexis Medina came out to help me and I explained to him that I wanted a written estimate because I was undecided about cashing out or having the shop repair the truck if they used OEM parts. He said that they did not use OEM parts and that they would use the most cost effective parts to save the insurance company money. It seemed like I was taking money from his own paycheck because I mentioned the possibility of cashing out. It took almost a week to get an estimate when I had gotten two other estimates from other shops in 20 minutes. I decided to have the shop repair my truck and dropped it off. When I dropped it off I told them to check my alignment because my tires were wearing out weird. He said they would not do that since the impact was in the front. I told him I was hit in the front but the impact came from the side. We argued about physics apparently he missed that class in high school. I told him that they were not working with me and that it was going to reflect on their survey. They were upset but kept my truck. Right before they closed the manager called me and said to pick up my truck because he was sure they could not meet my expectations. I told him to fix the truck and he refused. He was a real prick and said he had talked to his crew and he decided not to provide service to me. I told him that it was personal and he denied it but said to pick up my truck and take it somewhere else. I called State Farm and filed a formal complaint and I will be talking to their main headquarters and file a complaint against this shop for their poor communication, lack of customer service, and having the skin of a slug. Managers like this bring big companies down. read more

So we had a parking lot issue with someone who scratched our car and didn't leave their name and number. Imagine that. After calling AAA to set up some repairs they mentioned that Seidners in Perris was our nearest local AAA certified repair center. After going in and meeting with my first point of contact his name was Jesse, he was very informative and let us know exactly what would be happening and the alerts that we would be receiving regarding the repair. It was nice getting text messages most every day regarding the repair and when it might be done. They actually got it done a few days earlier than they thought they would. Due to a series of unfortunate events, I've taken my car here twice in about 2 months. At first, I was a little skeptical because my car (a Subaru WRX) is my baby. On July 15 2019 I took my Hyundai Sonata for repair, got hit on my driver & passenger side door so my insurance recommended this place, the lady in the desk was really helpful an Steve did a good job to keep me updated with my car 2 weeks later l got my car back the paint look good the doors were new so l was happy The only disagreement I had that day was that my car was dusty from the inside & so was my engine, that because they disassembled the front, rear bumper an doors. They had it outside during the day without doors an bumpers, Couple day later l wash my car then l notice that the job they did to put it back together was not to great specially my front bumper was missing screws an the reason why l notice that because they were trying to screw one off then in there that didn't belong to the car then l notice there was a scratch on my bumper and the hood there was paint coming off and then l check the front door an notice the Assembly was poorly done here goes the pictures for you guys to see what I'm talking about read more

My car was in a hit and run, so I was so upset, and to meet this wonderful people was a pleasant experience. I had a great experience, from start to finish. Brisa was amazing she was polite and very caring, and very friendly. She was very adamant on making my experience a very smooth, and fast. She was very helpful with my rental experience. She made me feel like I was the only client they had, made me feel like I was their priority. The manager Erik Pedoza, made it his priority to insure that everything was done correctly. Jesse Casteneda, was amazing and kept me update through out the process. I was so happy when I received my car back, I have custom paint, and the fact that they matched my paint job was amazing I was so thrilled when I saw my car. I recently had my tailgate stolen from my Ford F-250. My auto insurance referred me to this location. My service Representative was Jessie. I was very impressed from the moment I met Jessie. He was very customer service oriented and withing 20 minutes he provided me the breakdown of the cost to replace my tailgate. Jessie advised me it would take 3 or 4 days to do the job. I dropped it off on a Monday and he kept me appraised of the progress each day. I received a call on Wednesday evening that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I picked my truck up first thing Thursday morning. The truck looked great and the paperwork was ready for me to sign and I was out the door within 10 minutes. In October 2021, my friend was rear ended in his new dodge truck and needed a bumper replacement. He decided on Siedner's Collision Center in Perris. So in October 2021, he went down for his estimate. While he was there, an irate woman in lobby was complaining to the customer service about why her car wasn't finished yet. He should of went someplace else then. Estimate was complete, insurance approved, and the wait began. He called the receptionist twice a month to get an update. Each time she would say, "Jess will call you back. He is with a customer." Each time time she said this, and each time he never called. Four months went by, never heard from Jess. The receptionist did say "the bumper is on back order due to Covid." After patiently waiting four months for a bumper, my friend started calling around to find out if he could purchase it himself, or if it really was out of stock. He was successful and got it in 2 days and fortunately did not have to proceed with using their services. Four months is too long to wait for a bumper. read more

Very poor service especially for someone spending ?$8175. Took my car in at a 5400 dollar quote then surely once they know I will pay it when up in cost th $8600. And after than I settled on paying 8175 with them. Then I told them ok I'm going to slit payment between two cards. 'Ok that's fine" Well after a week goes by they contact me to tell me ohh yeah we can't slit the payment it has to be all in one. I said ok I'll just pay it cash then ok we'll now we need a deposit to start everything even tho we said we didn't need anything until car is complete. Long story sure don't go here if your paying cash. They are fraud and very rude peopl and horrible service especially for someone paying that type of money. I ended up taking my 8000 somewhere and I highly recommended you should too. read more
