They replaced the trunk, repainted it beautifully, and even went the extra mile by washing and vacuuming the inside of my car. The trunk also wasn't consistently popping open before, and they fixed that issue as well. Steve was especially helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. At pickup, I noticed what looked like scratches or polishing marks on the bumper and was concerned. I mentioned it to Steve, and he immediately took care of it--turns out it was just bird droppings (must have been from a massive bird, lol). He buffed everything out and made sure the car looked perfect before I left. What really stood out to me was the level of customer care. Jasmine made the initial process easy to understand, and Steve gave me a clear and reasonable timeline. He called before starting the work to explain what they found during the assessment, what repairs would be done, and provided an updated estimate. He also called when the work was completed. Throughout the process, they coordinated directly with Enterprise for my rental, which made everything seamless on my end. After I left, I thought I heard a knocking noise and went back. Steve took the time to walk me through the repairs and even went for a drive with me to check it out. The noise had already stopped and hasn't come back, but the fact that he took my concern seriously and didn't brush it off meant a lot. The work comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the vehicle, which gives great peace of mind. The insurance process with Mercury was smooth, and having Enterprise right next door made rentals incredibly convenient--they even arranged pickup and drop-off. The lobby was clean, smelled nice, and had plenty of seating. Jasmine at the front desk and Eric the manager were both kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. The service rep, Steve Stepps was assigned to my collision repairs so I met with him the morning of (02/26/26). After I asked a few questions (repair time, what parts will be used & etc.) he turned to me and said "this isn't a good fit for us." He explained that he didn't think I should get my car fixed with them. As if he owned the shop. Due to my concerns, he just dismissed me and didn't want to even start my estimate. After specking to the shop management, the manager apologized and started to prepare documents for the service estimate. Then Steve took the manager to the back of the shop, they returned minutes later and said they couldn't work on my car after all, due to some mechanical issue that they wouldn't be able to warranty. I thought this was sus since Steve was the only person that worked with my insurance company as if it was his contract specifically. In any case, I needed to leave and tow my car to another shop. I reported the incident to the Regional Manager Jeff in which he returned my call and apologized. He said there will be re-coaching in customer service due to my incident.

That's where my boyfriend was advised it would be a few hours as we were there for a tire rotation, a patch on a flat and an oil change on his truck. I went in at 3:45 to pick up keys for the vehicle and they were not done in the vehicle was up on a lift. The shop closes at 5 PM, I was sitting in the lobby until 5:15 PM waiting for the vehicle to be completed so I can pick up keys. That's when I was advised that there was an oil spill and that they were doing a soft wash on the vehicle. Once we got the truck home and we were able to take a look the whole undercarriage was completely soaked with oil. Tires are covered in oil, on a 2024 gmc. We then headed out of town with our family and the patch started leaking while we were on the road at midnight. Luckily we had a portable air compressor so we were able to manage until getting to our destination. Were we there had to again had to put the spare on the vehicle ourselves because the patch job was done incorrectly. The employees admittedly said that they did not dunk test the tire before returning the truck. When I brought the vehicle back in today on Tuesday to have it again repaired, they tried to dismiss my boyfriend and tell us they didn't have time. When we insisted on having the tire fixed, they advised it would be 30 minutes. we returned close to two hours later, and they hadn't had the vehicle completed, my boyfriend stated as he was in the lobby, waiting for the vehicle to still be completed for the second time that's when he made his review THEN the manager came to address him not about the situation or what was done to the vehicle, but WHY he had left his negative review. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the owner is astounding. Not to mention that the place is dirty, and the employees obviously don't know how to do their jobs correctly, the value of work is poor & nothing is done in a timely manner. i've completed a complaint with the bad business bureau. Don't waste your time here.
