The smog checked was more than two years old. He said that the brake system had just been repaired. It does not work and I now can not safely drive the vehicle. He promised when I got the RV home and the brakes did not work that he would get a mechanic out to rectify the issue. It been almost two months and I still haven't heard from the "mechanic". From start to finish, the team did an excellent job and the quality of the work really stood out. My Tesla now looks as good as new! Jessica and Jackie at the front desk are extremely polite and I love the fact that they have snacks and water up front. When I came in "I Love Lucy" was playing on the TV which was great. What impressed me most was how they handled an unexpected issue. Instead of brushing it off, the shop owner personally reached out to me and made it right. That level of accountability, follow-through and devotion to logic is rare these days and it went a long ways with me especially given Ramadan fasting season. The owner was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and genuinely cared about making sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied and made whole. It never felt like I was being dismissed and they really took the time to make things right. It's that kind of service that makes you feel confident and safe bringing your car here. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business handles them says everything and All Magic handled it with integrity and professionalism.
