Everyone in the dealership is crook. The worst purchasing experience anyone on earth can experience. They CHEAT. They LIE!!!!!!!!! Their license should be revoked. They gave us wrong amount to wire money to them. When we caught the error during the walk through, they promise to give us the money back. When the RV delivered, the vehicle is filthy not only dusty but with full tanks of poo and grey water! No pre-cleaning & repair. No special starter cleaning kit like they promised. No disposing of a VERY VERY disgusting smelly mattress with body fluid and sperm stain. The RV delivered on September 10, 2025. We call everyday to ask for the refund. Everyone who answered the phone would tell us the person in charge is not available. The person in charge to issue refund changes from Marcos to Christian to Justin to Jessica to Phil. Guess what? Whoever supposed to give us money back is AWAYS not in that day to talk to. September 23 we call again for the check supposed to sent out on September 22. Because previously they try to fool us again by issuing a small check less than what they supposed to refund. We asked Marcos to send us a copy of the check & confirm the correct amount. He purposely not confirming the check amount and pretending he called us. He is now delusional!!!!! Immoral scammers! Everyone in that whole dealership is CROOKS! read more

Bought my trailer 2.5 years ago here and after the initial wash i located some water near the back door under a window i was told by them they use a pressure washer it could have gotten through the door seal. Well i never got around to checking my roof(fault on my part) but after having a detail again i found water in the same spots. I got on the roof to find this original from manufacturer. (Check pictures) i reached out to chris and he was to no way willing to help me not even sealing my roof properly. You would think with a defect this bad they would be willing to help out. Horrible customer service and all i can say is check your roofs. Because they obviously dont when they take these units in to sell them. read more

Your only hope seems to be that they might be the one to answer the phone. Presently, I have a glass in the shower that broke on its own while parked on the storage lot...3 weeks ago. I have called Marjon 3 times without help. He'll call you back. You bet! My trailer is an $80,000+ Genesis Supreme, so not a basement model, and I'm going to write a separate review because we've had way too many issues with it too. I am one of "those customers" who asks questions and Google more than needed information to be well informed, especially when spending $70k+. These men didn't take it personally when asking and answering my rabbit hole questions and addressing my concerns. They all were polite and understanding and willing to listen and answer questions. Being a woman, I've dealt with sales men who have been intimidated and frustrated with my questions and concerns- not these gentleman. Speaks volumes to me as a woman. Even still being undecided, none of these gentlemen demonstrated frustration but instead understanding and no pressure. Another reason to add is Phil gives same interest rate as bank offers. I purchased a new 55K stellar toy hauler from this retailer in August of 2019. I've used it twice and each time their were issues which were supposed to be fully covered under my one year warranty. They have had it for more than a month again this time and refusing to honor the warranty from the dealer. Do not purchase anything from this dealer. They will refuse to a properly honor a simple 2k warranty covering brake failures of this 14,000 thousand pound trailer which required emergency repair 1500 miles from home and unable to move the trailer safely back to my home without the repair. This was on July 4th when the dealer was closed. I notified the dealer the following day and they had indicated to bring it in and they would take care of it. I returned my trailer to them and they refuse to honor the warranty , replacement or reimbursement. They blamed it on the factory and said I'd be without my trailer for a minimum of 4 months now. After a long debate with the owner of Marjon, he said more than 2 weeks ago, I'd hear back and we've had to cancel yet another trip. They have not offered a trailer for use or anyway possible to resolve the situation. Meanwhile I am paying my storage fees or otherwise forfeit my space. I've continued to make the payments. Does the lemon law pertain to trailers? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER !!!!!! If you have any questions please reach out to me directly and I'll be happy to answer if they have or continue to not reach a resolution, I will share with all the details with you.
