Richardson's RV - Grand Terrace

I was their a couple weeks ago and honestly I won't go anywhere else. These days it is very hard to find great costumer service and RV repairs. Let's talk about the staff: Ryan has always been a pleasure to deal with when ever I call or bring in my RV. All the RV techs do great work but AJ is usually the one who works on my Jayco and I love that he takes the time to explain to me what the problem was on the RV and how it was fixed. He has even given me maintnance tips to make sure I am properly caring for the RV! Josh is on top of everything and really makes sure to keep me posted if the are any problems or delays. We are thinking of upgrading our RV to a bigger one soon and will definitely be returning to Richardson's RV for all of my RV needs!

I bought a 2003 Tahoe toy hauler that turned out to be a money pit. However, because I had already…read morespent so much on it. I decided to spend just as much to fix it. Unfortunately, I had to take it back over five times to fix the same things. Not to mention the damage created by the things not being fixed properly. The first time was not repaired properly. Overall, they did try and rectify most of the concerns, and they are definitely more reliable than the last place I used. So CAL RV repair in Temecula. Horrible!

He represented me very well during the negotiations.I found that the RV that I bought had a faulty refrigerator. I took it back to Giant RV service. I said that it never worked from day one. I notified them within two weeks after purchase. After much discussion we worked out an agreement to do the repairs to both of our satisfaction. Julio in finance was extremely supportive and was instrumental in coming to terms. Also, John the Service Manager was really a life safer. He searched for replacement parts for 4 weeks and finally got the repair achieved. He was very communicative and kept me in the loop and made a professional decision with the charges which was acceptable to us both. I will continue to use their service department for my RV.

If you ar looking for a good experience this is NOT the place to go. I was texted by someone named…read moreAmanda and was asked if my wife and I were looking for a new RV. Which we are. Amanda led my to believe she was a sales person, she is not. I had asked her some specific question 2 weeks ago and she said she would get back to me, so far I have been met with sielence. When I called her number I got the sales dept. and a guy named Jerimiah. I asked him the same questions and he was going to get back to me That was 10 days ago. Still nothing and Amanda will not return any text messages etc. So I am going to a different dealer. Cjeckout past reviews I am not the only one that has had this problem!!!

I am one of "those customers" who asks questions and Google more than needed information to be well informed, especially when spending $70k+. These men didn't take it personally when asking and answering my rabbit hole questions and addressing my concerns. They all were polite and understanding and willing to listen and answer questions. Being a woman, I've dealt with sales men who have been intimidated and frustrated with my questions and concerns- not these gentleman. Speaks volumes to me as a woman. Even still being undecided, none of these gentlemen demonstrated frustration but instead understanding and no pressure. Another reason to add is Phil gives same interest rate as bank offers. They aren't willing to increase rate to make more money off customers like many other dealers. Even willing to show what is offered- no hiding info. Confirmed the rate Phil offered matched or in some cases beat my tier 1 credit offers. Much appreciated! These guys know their business and industry! I've dealt with a number (7+) of other RV places big and small in the IE and high desert, and these guys blew away their competitors knowledge, sales professionalism, and patience away. Highly recommend! When ready to purchase, we will be buying here!

FANTASTIC RV SHOP! Bought a newer 2017 RV that had some serious sun damage on paint and strips…read more I was quoting other companies and the Facebook marketing algorithums put Overland RV in front of me on my feed. Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

DONT TRUST OVERLAND! Was quoted $370 to "Re-Sew" awning and…read moreInstead they duct tapped the seam and tried to send me on my way. This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!
