Randy's PDR was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I contacted him. When we got a 7" dent in the lift gate on our Porsche I was pretty peeved. The dealership's dent guy was apprehensive about being able to get the dent entirely removed, and so we called Randy. He was super responsive, and when he gave me an estimate it was incredibly reasonable. The dent also happened on a double walled aluminum panel in a really tight area to access but it was no match for Randy. He ended up battling the dent for several hours longer than he originally estimated, but he was super communicative throughout the day and kept me updated. Also, he kept true to his estimate, even though he had to put extra time and effort into the repair and the dent is 100% gone!!! It's a miracle! Good as new! I highly recommend anyone looking for a professional who can make it look like it never happened give Randy a call. You'll thank me later. read more

I can't say enough good things about Randy's Painless Dent Repair! I brought in my Lancer Evolution after multiple shops turned me down, saying my rear quarter panels were too far gone after a roll and pull job that messed with the body line. Randy went above and beyond, carefully restoring it to look as close to stock as possible. His attention to detail and commitment to getting it right truly impressed me. If you need PDR services, Randy is the guy to go to--I'll definitely be back for any future work. Highly recommend! read more

Please do not take your car to randy they do shady business. They charge my brother 600 too get is sent out and charged a extra 100 when he picked up the car. The debt was not even completely removed I own a shop and I hire dent pros out here in NorCal to do dents all day. I had looked at the ba before and new it would be 98 percent out IF YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WHERE DOING RANDY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. When I called he told me that the metal was too stretched and that he was working on it for more than 7 hours. A good tech would of been able too get that dent out no problem I have seen some pretty hard body lines being pushed out by rods. Plane and simply he told me he shouldn't have ever touch the car. When he looked at it he said the metal was too stretch. BUT DIDNT METION THAT TOO MY BROTHER. And just wanted too do the job knowing it wasn't going too come out He came a second time to time to finish the job since he returned the car unfinished. In the end the job was still shit and didn't come out straight at all. I know DENT PROS and other will do better Don't waist you money this guy like too charge an extra 100 too and not stick too his price read more

Yup. The reviews weren't lying. 4 month old 2016 Lexus RX 350 and guess what happens? I got initiated!!! Some idiot rammed his door into my car. Didn't even leave a note or anything. It was on the door edge which is hard to fix. I called a few places they said it couldn't be done. Others said you have to take it to a body shop. Some people said it might be possible but would charge more. He immediately looked at my photos and gave me a quote. He said it could be done THAT day. Considering how I have been wasting my whole day figuiring out how to fix this, I went in a heart beat. He already looked like and knew what he was doing. He saw the dent immediately and got to work. Using his bare hands, he worked like a magician with his set of tools which look like something you boost cars with. In about 1.5 hours he made it 99 percent back to normal. I can't tell the difference. Thank you so much and if anything ever happens again, I will be going back to you without question. read more

Called Randy to make arrangements for the repair of a door ding about the size of a quarter. My paint is black and very reflective so the ripple around the dent made it look larger and was easily visible After sending him a few poorly shot photos, received a quote for 160$. Seemed a little high but based on his yelp reviews, felt ok about price. Set up appointment for him to come to my home. He didn't show up, and didn't call. When I contacted him 30 minutes after the appointment time, he said he overslept because his child was up all night. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, rescheduled to have him arrive same day by 1 pm. He arrived at 1:15. He actually did a really good job and even removed the white scuff mark. It's not perfect but you have to look for it to find it. It was a challenging repair due to some metal bracing in my panel according to Randy.I am satisfied and would use Randy again. 4 stars is for having to reschedule. He also reduced the price because he was not able to fix 100 percent which was nice. He spent around an hour and 45 minutes on it. read more

Randy was AMAZING! I was very distraught about my car and the mysterious major dent I discovered. Within an hour of calling for a quote, he invited me over and took a look. Within another hour, he had completely fixed and removed the dent without leaving a mark. Although he discovered it took more work than expected, he stick to the original quote and was diligent to remove it. Speedy and careful? PERFECTION! I would definitely recommend him and will be returning if I ever end up with another dent from another rude hit & runner. read more

Thank you Randy! You did a fabulous job on our vehicle. We originally had an estimate at an auto body shop to fix our SUV for nearly $700. That was just for a 2" X 3" dent. Feeling a bit discouraged, I searched Yelp! for some help. And, once again, it did me well. 5 stars for you Randy for your quick response, fair price, and work that is sheer perfection! read more

After getting 5 different estimates and possibly being without my car a few days, I came across Randy's number and from that moment on my day was awesome. Not only did he undercut the so called honest body shops by 2/3rds the price, he was more then happy to explain the process of "paintless dent removal" as he went along. The total process took about 2 hours to tackle one large fender dent, one creased door dent and two hood dents. Takes 150% pride in his work. Honestly treated my vehicle as if it was his and it showed!. Service I know I would not get from others.. I recommend you give him a call. If not your wasting your money. Randy I suggest you change your name to "Pain-less Dent-less Service ." Sincerely Len I read more

Randy pulled three dents from my drivers side door on my 2018 Tacoma. I never bought a new vehicle before and got these door dings within a month of owning the new truck. I thought there was only two dents from the naked eye, but when Randy put his special light on it we found 3 dents. Randy described exactly what he was gonna do and was punctual with his estimate of time. It took me almost two weeks to get with Randy because of my hectic schedule and Randy answered every call and text I had over those couple weeks. My truck looks good as new and I will return my business and also refer others. read more

All I can say is WOW!!! My stainless steel refrigerator was an innocent bystander from a wrestling match between my two teenage sons. Didn't know what I was going to do short of replacing this $5,000 behemoth. There were no good answers for repairs on the Internet. Suggestions such as using dry ice to get out the dents were disheartening when I looked it up on YouTube. I considered taking off the outer shell of the door and even replacing the door itself. All very costly options. I contacted Randy as a last resort thinking that maybe someone experienced in pulling dents from cars might be able to help me. I sent him pictures, he gave me a price and the rest is history. THE FRIDGE LOOKS GREAT!! A little pricey but much less expensive than my other options. I would definitely do it again. My wife is happy, I'm happy, and my teenagers will live to see another day. Thanks Randy. read more

Randy did a great job removing 4 dents from my 2015 Subaru STI. He was able to come out to my home the very next day which was extremely convenient and now my car looks as good as new! He makes you feel very comfortable with the process from start to finish. I didn't have a single second thought about trusting him with my $40,000 rally car (my boyfriends pride and joy). Randy is very fun to talk to and very passionate about his business. He took his time to make sure the job was done right and I couldn't have asked from a better experience. I will be using him in the future for another car I have with dents and I have no doubt the experience will be just as good. read more

Fit me in same day and saved me thousands. The body shop actually recommended Randy as a way to save time and money. Thumbs up!

My husband and I had the luck of finding Randy online after my BRAND NEW 4 day old car was nailed with a shopping cart at the store, even after taking the precautions to park it away. Needless to say I was very upset and sad that this happened to my new car. After calling Randy he fit us in right away and greeted us when we got there. He told us the price, what he was going to need to do and showed us a few pictures of his previous work. He also did a good job reassuring us it would be better. The car got hit in a very fragile spot and was almost not repairable without having it replaced. We came back 2 hours later and it was like magic, not only was there no dent but no paint damage and it looked just as good as it had coming off the lot. I would definitely recommend Randy he is very nice and a hard worker! Thank you Randy!!!! read more

If I could leave 6 stars I would...Randy is an absolute master of his craft. I had two other companies tell me my dent was in a really bad spot due to its location with a crease and wouldn't guarantee the repair would be done to my expectation.
