Let me just say...W-O-W! Dean is mean when it comes to taking care of these dents! He worked his magic and got them out like nothing ever happened! I recently purchased my truck used and later found out it had about three different dents ranging in size. One on hood, another on the front quarter panel on the body line of the wheel well and lastly there was some small ones on my tailgate. Amazing work from Dean! Had to get a small dent with paint crack on the rear bumper of my Tesla Model 3 fixed. Dean responded quickly to my initial message, and was upfront on what a PDR would fix (the dent), and what it wouldn't fix (the paint crack). I had a few scheduling conflict, but Dean always responded quickly, and though he is usually always booked up, is flexible with scheduling. Nevertheless, we were able to lock in a slot asap, and he arrived on time and the work was done quickly. The results were beyond my expectations! I initially planned on having the paint crack spot-painted, but now that the dent is removed, the paint crack is barely visible- not enough to bother me anymore. Pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of the work, and the convenience of not having to take it in to a shop.
