Dean Price I cannot say enough about Dean! I sent my original quote to 15 different companies, and Dean was one of the first ones to respond. My repair was definitely more then just a small dent, I was rear ended by a car in the parking lot on the rear passenger door and rear quarter panel. When I made my inquiry ALL of the companies said I would need to go to the body shop and would not even come out and take a look at the car. With Dean this was definitely not the case... he stated the same concern that the other companies addressed but said he'd atleast come out to take a look at the car and let me know if he could do the job or not. When he arrived he let me know that he would be able to take care of the dent on the door, however, the rear quarter panel was unable to be fixed by him. The price he gave me was THOUSANDS less then what I was quoted with the body shops and work came out just as expected if not better. The before and after pictures say it all! read more

If you want it done right the first time, call DP Dent Company and don't waste your time calling anyone else! Fast, reliable service with outstanding communication and service! We could not get the pictures to accurately show the dents in our door so he rough estimated what the job would cost (unlike another company on here that wouldn't even try to guesstimate because the pictures were not to their liking) and ended up doing it for much less. He was great at diagnosing the way to repair the dents and then efficiently worked towards the overall repair of the door. He ensured that nothing else on the vehicle would get damaged as a result of the repairs being made and was super cautious when changing tools or switching locations on the door. read more

When an unfortunate accident while cleaning my car left my brand new Audi S5 with a dent near the trunk lid I thought I'd have to just live with it. My Dad (who was the one that accidentally caused the dent, bless his heart he was just helping me detail the car) assured me that he would find someone to fix it and nobody would ever know it was there. Not being familiar with PDR I was skeptical. I didn't get a chance to meet Dean because my Dad took care of it for me today, but he told me what a good and honest guy Dean was. All other dent removal places quoted in the $400 range as soon as they heard the type of car they'd be working on. Dean didn't even ask what kind of car before giving a quote. He did an amazing job and didn't overcharge at all! I will definitely be saving his number in the event that I ever need a dent removed again. Dean was fantastic!!! I had several large dings in my beloved 06' Porsche Cayman S. Further, it's seal grey metallic, highlighting every little imperfection. Dean came right to the house on time, he didn't have to drill anything, and fixed spots that other shops said I needed a body shop to do. Anyhow, I'm absolutely OCD with my car (I used to do professional detailing), and I literally could not identify where the spots were after he had finished. Dean did an awesome job on my 2012 Acura TL not only was his pricing more then reasonable the work is perfection! I have worked in the automotive industry in Riverside for over 6 years and have never come across a perfectionist like Dean. DON'T shop around for dent removal based on price you could end up having to replace that panel if the dents are not removed correctly. Told me to send pictures of the damage and they provided an estimate of $695 -$795. Took my car to two AutoBody shops and the lowest was $1,395.00 bumper buddies came in at $600.00 Less which was within my budget. Made an appointment for two days later and the technician was an hour and 1/2 early but offered to come later. Since my vehicle was at work I told him No Problem. Manny my techician was very nice and Friendly. Took around 2 hours -2 1/2 Hours to do the work. It looks very good to me. There was one imperfection that really wasn't their fault, a panel came out and like a dumbbell I jammed it back in but a tab was sticking out so the panel was ever so slightly gapped. This warped the side panel It's not really noticeable. I don't blame bumper buddies for this. If you look at my bumper it's almost perfect. Final summation: I'm happy with the job that Bumper Buddies did and my Bumper Looks as good as new and side look as good as it can be without a complete replacement. I would use Bumper Buddies Again
