If I feel like I receive a "meh" experience, I tend to just leave it alone. This is evident if you're ever bored enough to peruse my other reviews. With that being said, I am a picky person by nature. I hold places to a high standard. If I receive mediocre to average service, I don't usually bother writing a review about my experience. You typically have to really blow me away, one way or another. This is where Push N Pull comes in. My dumb ass tried to re-seat a spoiler using a trim tool. I caused several dings into my tail gate. I reached out to several local shops, including some I've used in the past. Their bids were pretty excessive and encroaching on a spot repaint or full respray of the panel. I remember reaching out to Michael (Push N Pull) about six month ago for a different job. I ultimately didn't go with him because of a personal recommendation for another shop. However, this time around, I thought I would shoot him a message and get his take. Michael was confident he could complete the work and his bid undercut competitors significantly. Michael arrived on-time, was extremely friendly and professional, and answered any questions I had. He quoted me a time-frame and completed the work in nearly half that! That expediency did not compromise the quality. He did a great job at repairing my moronic mistake. AND he did all this at an exceptional cost. For future PDR repairs, I will definitely give Michael a call.

Sal asked for further images and video of the damage, set a very reasonable price; I checked out his instagram and spoke with him on the phone and agreed on him coming out the next day. Wednesday, he arrived on time, and further reassured me he could handle the dent with no issue. About 3-4 hours later, I walk out to magic. My car looks like nothing ever happened. He even asked me to back it out into the sun so he could check his work and notice one imperfection that he worked on to fix immediately. I am incredibly grateful to Sal and his amazing work. Jacob is a nice guy. Showed up at 10am to start working on my bumpers. So long story short I…read moredisassembled both bumpers and started having them sanded and clean before he arrived. We both sanded the bumpers and prepped them. Initially when speaking with Jacob he said he was spraying the bumpers but not with spray can, turns out he did use a spray can for both clear and base. Did not come with any bondo or patch for small imperfections. I was not expecting 100% factory paint quality or even 100 shop quality but a decent quality which I would be happy with. He said it would be 96% When he was spraying in my garage I asked him to make sure the corners of the bumpers got enough base and clear. He said he hit those areas first. He ran out of clear and had to go buy more left for about an hr came back and sprayed clear then said he was done for the day. Cool when he left it was still wet and looked like it needed a lot of sanding and buffing because there was imperfections in the clear. I waited from 3pm till after 10Am the following day to reassemble and wet sand polish everything. A few key areas I addressed with Jacob. He said he would take care of it and possibly stop by to help the next day. Well after I sent him that both bumpers have the corners not fully covered. He has not been as responsive. When I told him I will leave a review he called said he was going out of town for a while and someone he works with will stop by next day to touch it up. This morning I sent him a few message still nothing. I basically paid him $600 and the specific areas I asked him to be certain to get well he didn't. It doesn't look awful but there are a few areas that are clearly not covered . I worked at a shop years ago and I carefully wet sanded and polished everything with a non abrasive polish. I would say out of 5 stars if it had polished out to be acceptable I would give him a better review since there are still some imperfections. But since the clear was so thin on back bumpers corners it looks bad. Front bumper also. So he is getting 1 star until he fixes the issues. Just sucks that I did all this work and the quality and value simply not there. Should have just taken the bumpers to Macco and had them painted there. Lesson learned
