There was no agreement made beforehand; you were on-site for less than five minutes and claimed the radiator needed replacement when the real issue was simply a disconnected hose. That kind of misdiagnosis, especially when it could have led to an unnecessary and expensive repair, comes across as dishonest and money-driven. My review reflects my genuine experience, and I stand by it. Initial Review -- I contacted this mobile mechanic because he advertised a free diagnostic, but I was still charged $50. He told me I needed a whole new radiator, which would have been a very expensive repair. After checking the car myself, I found the issue was simply a missing hose. I fixed it on my own, and the car is running fine. There was no need for a radiator replacement. He was also smoking a weed pen while working on my car, which made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about professionalism. When I addressed the situation, I was told that if I wanted my money back, I would have to take him to court and that he didn't care. That response was very disappointing. He took my car may 21st I had to show up July 5th with police for my car back , he just kept on adding days and adding days to my service he has no care he's SELFISH he knew I had a job to be and he took that long with my car caused me a lot of stress. When I took my car back , I noticed he swapped my battery out he took MY brand new battery & gave me a battery from 2023.. he also stole my PCM , he has my keys and I was given a key that was MADE for my car what a sick mf.. This gentleman tried to add on ghost fees for a service. When he realized I knew a thing or two about mechanics of a vehicle he made up lies about his service and the fees then refused the job when asked for an explanation. If he's lying about this I cannot imagine what else he would lie about with your service. *EDIT* Since this gentleman replied and wanted to gaslight about the pricing, I will add proof of him changing the price and lying about the reason. read more

Moe was wonderful! He replaced the battery in my 2016 hybrid Toyota Camry in a matter of 20 minutes. This battery is not a common one (AAA didn't carry it, I couldn't find it at Auto Zone or Pep Boys), the Toyota dealership in Temecula was the only local place with them in stock and wanted $300 for just the battery, not including labor. Moe also ran a complimentary diagnostic test and topped off some of my fluids that were low at no cost. I received excellent service and would definitely recommend Moe at Auto Solutions! read more

This mechanic does great work and really knows what he is doing. He is fast and efficient. I genuinely intended to continue have him working on my car for future needs, after fixing my ignition coils and spark plugs, and performing an oil change. The problem I have is when he came he mentioned it would be an additional $45 because he bought an lifetime warranty for the ignition coils, I thought this should be something discussed with the customer first but still paid because I figured maybe it would be useful if I needed it. However I called the store to ask how the warranty works and they advised they don't sell any additional warranty it is included in the purchase price. I am disappointed because I trusted the price I was given but the mechanic did send the money back to me when I contacted him about this. read more

3rd time being serviced by Mooud, he was on time-communicating-efficient. I noticed a lot of these reviews have been negative but I never encountered an uncomfortable moment with him. My 3rd service was for my car window which was quoted between $800-1.2K for a system door replacement for a faulty window. Turns out Mooud replaced the power motor for the window & switch and now all windows are working to the original way. All for $120 and about 3 days of waiting because Amazon shipped him a faulty switch the first time and it blew. I trust him with my car more than the dealerships and repair shops. read more
