Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. I was looking for a place that could fix a scratched bumper and found this place. There offer both mobile and in shop repairs but I highly recommend the mobile option. I popped in on a random Wednesday and was quickly greeted by the shop owner who provided a fair price and options available. The home option is nice because you just send in pictures and then can schedule a time for them to come out wherever you are. If you decide to wait there, it will usually be up to 4 hrs from my experience which I was advised on prior to leaving it there. The shop was clean, fair and service was great. I contacted Dent Time for a ding behind the passenger door on my 2024 Ford Mustang. Myke responed quickly and I texted him a couple of pictures of the issue. He quickly texted me a quote for the repair. I brought the car to the shop location for an in-person evaluation and quote because the dent was in a difficult place and it might have required removing inner panels to get to the dent. Myke decided to use his glue pulling technology and was able to remove the dent in about 30 minutes (affordably) without the need of removing interior panels. Tried calling to make an in person appointment to have some paint work quoted on my car. I called both numbers and left a message. Even filled out the form on their website. A few days later I get a txt message saying "Yes. Let me know when you're stopping by so I can make sure that we're at the shop and not out to lunch. My number is (858) 408-6200". I call the number a few times and it's Ai answering service. A regular answering machine would be great. Was bummed when I walked out to my car in a coffee shop parking lot to see a 2 inch dent in the rear passenger door of my Lexus. I sent over pictures of the dent showing them that it was in the crease and how deep it was. Suggested that I bring it by for an in person estimate and that it would take all day to fix. Myke and John were great when I got there and could feel my pain! Myke worked his magic with PDR for nearly 6 hours and got 95% of it out. He is a perfectionist- looked like 99% to me. They really cared about me and the car. John mentioned that most PDR specialists would not have been able to get the dent out which would mean expensive auto body repairs.
