They removed a nickel size dent (self-inflicted) from the driver door on my 2017 Porsche 718 Cayman. I made an appointment via there online link in September 2025 for an *at Shop Appointment for Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 1:00pm to have some dents on my car fenders removed, I got all of the email confirmations & even a text from a guy named (Tim) to confirm the appointment & I replied back that I was going to be there. I drive 30 miles to get to the shop today at 12:50pm & no one is there & the business was locked up & closed. I then waited until 1:20pm to see if someone was going to show up & no one did so I left, What a waste of time! No one from Dent time even called me to tell me that they would not be there or to reschedule so they had me drive out to their shop for no reason. This is terrible service & I cannot recommend them to anyone seeing they don't adhere to appointments made on their own website or to the fact that I confirmed with Tim that I was going to be there when his text came in today at 9:36am so maybe I was confirming that with an A.I robot! read more

Was the unfortunate recipient of a decent sized door ding / dent and reached out to Dent Time to help. They responded to my inquiry through yelp for a quote within about a day and price was reasonable, especially since they came out to me. They sent a reminder the day before the appointment, and I heard from the tech the morning of asking if he could come out early which worked out for me. Communication was great, he walked me through what he was going to do and the he didn't prefer to go through the inside because of the type of glass I have. Rescued a classic car My little British sports car is 64 years old, but it has original paint. When a hit-and-run driver left me with a big ugly dent, the last thing I wanted was bondo, primer, and an attempted match of old faded paint. Myke to the rescue. I just got a new car, and because it was bigger than my previous car, I didn't pull it into the garage far enough, and the garage door hit the back of the car, and left several deep scratches. After an unpleasant encounter with a crackhead walking into oncoming traffic and kicking my car in the process, I was left with a nasty dent on my driver side rear door. Right on the crisp body line of the car, to spice things up. I thought I was going to be out $500 for my insurance deductible, car was going into a body shop, I'd have to deal with rental car bs... no thank you. My buddy told me about DentTime, so I took a chance. Tim showed up 10 min early and notified me he has arrived. Punctuality, yes! Quote was for $275-$350 and might take 1-2 hours. Acceptable quote for the location of the dent. (IMO) Tim set his umbrella up and went to work right away. Job was done immaculately. I CANNOT tell that anything ever happened to the door! On top of Tim being punctual, skillful, polite, and kind, he was also FAST! The entire process took less than an hour! We were just chatting a little while he was doing his magic and the next thing I know, he's cleaning up and taking off. Needless to say, I would recommend Tim and DentTime to anyone. Myke and his team were exceptional! Their workmanship was very high Quality and reasonably priced! Myke worked with me for a good week before the service fulfilling the required process for the Warranty Service. They sent reminders for the upcoming repair and on the day of the repair, the dent specialist, Tim, sent a message confirming his arrival time. He was very professional and explained the whole process. He had to drill a small hole in the rear passenger wheel well so he could get his tool in and massage the dent away. Afterwards he plugged it up and sealed it. Looks great and Dent gone! The new hole plug looks exactly like the existing ones for the door handles but much smaller. Doesn't look out of place at all.
