Excellent service! Came to our house and repaired a dent on the hatch back of our Tesla. He was very familiar with the car and knew exactly how to disassemble and reassemble the parts. The dent was long and skinny and DDR really took his time making sure he repaired the entire dent. He brought his own bright light and extension chords and was very well prepared. The repair also took about 3-4 hours and I was worried that DDR would need to rush to another appointment. But he said he purposely schedules his appointments so he doesn't have to rush. I had a dent in my car because some dude tripped and fell on it. Unfortunately, they didn't leave any contact information and I was stuck getting it fixed on my own. I took it to a highly rated body shop, but they were concerned that if I had them do the repair they would need to do some painting, and the new paint might look a bit "off" since the rest of the car would have paint that has aged a bit. I asked the guy what he would do if it were his car. He gave me Diaz's card. Joe came by my house to take a look at the dent to make sure it was something he could work with. Luckily, it was doable, even though it was a pretty large dent. Joe was honest with me and told me he thought he might be able to get it to 90%, which means barely noticeable unless you're looking for it. We scheduled a time for me to drop it off since this was going to take a bit of work. I picked up the car today, and learned why Joe has such such good reviews. He told me that if you look at it just right I might see a bit of imperfection. I keep trying to find it, but I just can't. It looks new again, and didn't require any paint. I'm not going to quote a price because that would be misleading. The price really depends on how much work he's going to have to put into removing the dent. And that depends on what he hast to do to access behind the dent, how many panels he is dealing with, and a variety of other issues. I'm certain that he is not the cheapest, but when it comes to value he really delivers. I would, be kicking myself if I went to some dude who just pulled the dent out and left it at 70%, especially if his technique made it impossible to follow up and get better results. This is something that if you get it wrong the first time you may have ruined your chances of getting it right. If you just want most of the dent popped out, maybe go with someone a little less experienced. But if you want it to look new again, I'd recommend going with Joe for just a bit more. read more
