If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Homero was right on time and super nice, plus he came to my job site to do the work after someone did a hit and run on my car. He also found some additional scratches I hadn't seen, fixed them and didn't charge me extra. These guys and their sister company Dent Time are GREAT! read more

There are some good qualities about this mobile service. Appointments were easy to make using their online system. The young kid that came to do the repair was polite and professional. He mentioned how long it would take and confirmed the agree upon pricing. He actually did a good job masking the scratches on the bumper and fender. All good up to this point. However, when the final coat of paint was applied, the paint did not match the rest of the vehicle. I initially thought it was because the car needed to be washed, so I waited 5 days to wash it. Sure enough, the newly applied paint did not match. See pictures of one side of the bumper that had the repair work and theother side that did not have any damage. Was hopeful when I booked this service, and in fact, had also inquired about pricing for another vehicle that had some scratches. However, after seeing the finished product, I opted not to move forward and now regret that I did not go to a body shop instead. Lesson learned. read more

Mary is God-sent! I got a small, dinky little paint chip on my car. Literally like a couple grains of rice. I've called around, sent pictures, they all quote about $700. I said I just wanted to make sure it gets fixed so it doesn't get worse. Mary was the ONLY one who suggested to simply get paint pencil from Toyota and call it a day. She said it won't be that pretty, but it will get the job done. If I go with them, they will buff out the entire section, she explained everything thoroughly so it made sense why the charge the amount. I asked more about the paint pencil and she walked me through how to ask Toyota, what to do, what to watch out for... $40 later, problem fixed! I basically didn't want to leave the paint cracked because it will cause rust, so that's what I was avoiding. I sooooo appreciate the alternative she gave, which lost her the business, but absolutely gained a future customer! I will definitely come to her if I actually need something done and highly recommend her for her honesty and best customer service practices! read more

Writing this review solely based on their pricing. Full disclosure, I did not use this company for a repair. I saw they were a mobile repair company so I contacted them for a repair estimate. I sent them their requested photos of the damage, they got back to me in a timely manner. They said my bumper was not repairable and quoted $1400- $1700 for a new bumper. I called on of their competitors who gave me an estimate for almost $1000 less and said yes the bumper could be repaired. I went with said competitor and saved over $1000 by NOT USING BUMPER TIME. The repair from the other company I used turned out perfectly, you can't even tell there was damage. To anyone thinking about using this mobile service, I'd do your research and look elsewhere. This company are scammers. read more

Homero at Bumper Time did a fantastic job on the fender and bumper of my 2008 Highlander, for a very fair price. I was extremely impressed! Definitely recommended. The best part was all the work was done in my driveway! read more

Appreciate the work that was done, mobile service was on time and done within the time frame that was quoted.

It was easy to schedule a time for Bumper Time to come to my garage for a scraped bumper repair. Homero from Bumper Time arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He immediately started the repair on my bumper. Before painting he covered the entire care with plastic sheeting to protect against overspray. After about 2 hrs and twenty minutes the car looks great. The price was right and the repair was perfect with no trace of the scrape. You can't beat that! I hope I don't need to, but if I ever need this kind of repair again I will call Bumper Time. read more

I am extremely impressed with Bumper Time! I was in a minor collision and had a dent and scratches on the rear passenger side of my Tesla. The technician, who was so friendly, arrived right on time. He even called me a few hours prior to make sure we had a good spot to do the work, since I don't have a driveway. The quote was extremely reasonable. (A body shop quoted me a price that was literally 5 times higher than Bumper Time's quote!) My Tesla looks great. I'm so pleased. read more

I am beyond happy with the work that Homero did yesterday and today! In addition to the quality of his work, he's incredibly professional and communicative. A friend recommended this company to me, and I'm so glad I went with them! The work I had them do was not the result of an accident, so I did not want to take care of this through insurance. It is incredibly convenient to have someone come to my home and do the work here instead of having to go drop off the car, pick up a rental car, etc.... He told me how long each job would take, and he was accurate. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! read more

The repairman was on time and efficient. The bumper looks great. What more can I say?

Excellent job done with super reasonable cost! Would 100% recommend! While other shops were telling me I need to replace my entire bumper (which would cost $1500+ easily), Bumper Time offered a superb solution to my proposed project with literally the lowest cost among almost all of the shops in San Diego. Shout out to Homero for the job that's done. Not going to lie, I had doubts when I first saw Homero because of his young age and my garage is pretty small so it's not very accommodating for a lot of equipments, but Homero took the limited space and resources to the next level. Hope I won't have to deal with a crack bumper ever again in my life but if it were to happen again Bumper Time would be my go to 100% for sure. read more

Homero did such an excellent job with the repair. I recently came back from a week's trip. I noticed scraping and a small dent on my rear bumper at the left corner due to ongoing construction on my neighborhood street. I was nervous it would look bad, considering my car is relatively new. I had contacted numerous other auto body shops, yet Bumper Time came on top with the competitive prices. However, after seeing the result of Homero's 3-4 hours of work, it was barely noticeable and looked like nothing had happened. I appreciate the work and recommend that anyone come here! read more

I'm impressed. I have a 2024 model 3 stealth grey had some deep scratches on the door and these guys came out to my house after a scheduled appointment and within 2 hours fixed it to where I can't even tell where the damage was and paint is spot on. If this hold true doesn't crack or fade or whatever then I'm not worried about getting scratches anymore. Customer service is also good. If you have a model 3 go ahead and use these guys. Plus it was at a fraction of the cost of body shops. Yea so far I'm impressed. Just hope it looks like this in a year or more. But yea I'm impressed! read more

Brought in my wife's car (Lexus RX350) and my van (Ford E250) for some minor body repairs. On car removed multiple small fender dents and scratches/damage on the front and rear bumpers, repainted the rear spoiler. On van they had to clean up surface rust under a previous large emblem on the rear cargo door and repaint the lower area of the rear cargo door. Both vehicles look much better now. Job was completed in a timely manner and cost was competitive. I would recommend them for sure. read more

Service was fantastic and the job came out great. Price quoted was the price changed. Couldn't be happier.

After another "bumper fixer" repeatedly ghosted on me I was in a bad spot. In 24 hours my end of lease inspection was to happen and my Swedish automobile had a banged up bumper. They would charge me $2500 for a new bumper! Body shops all told me no way to repair.. you need to replace!!! I texted Dave at BUMPER TIME and pleaded my case. He admitted that they were booked solid this week but he took pity on me. He did not like that other people in the business were giving his trade a bad name and squeezed me in. 2 hours later Carlo arrived with a truck full of surprises. Right there in front of my house in the street he made magic happen. Another two hours later and my VOLVO looked like a Swedish super model again. Quick, affordable and workmanship of a true craftsman. They turned my beat up bumper into a thing of beauty!! They saved me $2100 and did it in style. Thanks Bumper Time!!!! read more

Quick response. Very inexpensive. High quality work. Very professional. They repaired my bumper at my house. Highly recommend

Had a pleasant experience with Bumper time. I had a garage door bumper scratch repair on my 2022 Mache. I sent the pictures for a quote and I got a reasonable price to fix it compared to the other vendors. Homero is the technician that came to my house and fixed the paint scratch. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to update me on the status every time I went to check on the car. It was done in 2hours at my house garage. The car is back to the new look and it is like nothing happened to the bumper before. Highly recommended for the car body work that can be done through mobile service. read more

Got hit on my outback rear bumper. Damage was annoying and mostly an eye sore. Bumper Time came out with the lowest quote. The guys came out, fixed it in about 20-30 minutes. Great company in terms of costumer service, convenience and workmanship. I had gash on my Tesla model 3 bumper cause by my garage door repaired last year. They worked on my car on my driveway. It was convenient and the bumper looked great after the repair. However, a year later, the new paint started pealing off. I filed a warranty claim based on their lifetime warranty, and Bumpertime scheduled a re-do within less of a week, and at no cost. read more
