Unfortunately someone hit my ioniq5 front bumper right before I turn in the lease. Most places wanted thousands to put in new bumpers and recalibrate. They were able to patch it up quickly and it passed inspection normally. Thanks! read more

What an outstanding experience I had with Kosol and Narann! I had reached out to Kosol due to having a deep scrape on the back side of my car. He provided me with a quote online and recommended I come in person for a more accurate quote since photos can only show so much. When I went in person, Narann was there to assist with any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and also let me know they could work with my insurance. Narann informed me it would be repaired within 2 weeks and I get a call that it was done only after 4 days! Kosol's team did amazing work, it was as if nothing happened to my car. I will recommend everyone I know to him! Thank you again! :) read more

I took my car for a rush fix before l returned it to the dealership. I had a door dent and some substantial damage underneath when I went over a speed bump. Naraan took care of the car in two days, just in time to return it to the dealer. The quality and craftsmanship was great. I was very happy with the outcome. Ros and his team went above and beyond for my wife's car. We contacted a few other shops...he was not the cheapest but after reading the reviews and having a phone conversation, we chose DentFinish. The paint job came out great, was completed before the time frame others gave us and threw in a free ding repair. They're our go to from now on. read more

Due to my negligence my car had a chip on the quarter panel and a nice sized crease along my passenger door. I was dreading the cost since I wasn't planning on going through my insurance. The first shop that quoted me...I kid you not I nearly had a heart attack...second place same reaction...third the price was too good to be true which made me weary...and after endless Yelp searches and vendors wanting me to bring my car in I came across DentFinish San Diego and thought I would try my luck. I reached out to Senkosol and sent out a few photos of the damage. He responded immediately and gave me a reasonable quote. He was extremely personable and reassuring. After several months I finally brought my car in this past Monday after making an appointment. The place isn't too hard to find just go down the dirt driveway and you'll see the office to the right. Dropping off my vehicle was such an easy process. I met with his team and spoke with Narann and the gentleman who would be working my car. They were also very friendly. I showed them the damage as well and a few chips of paint I'd like filled in. They reassured me the color match would be perfect and that I'd have my car this week. Narann reached out to me a few days later with an update which was nice. Today (Friday) I was advised my car was ready for pickup! I came by and immediately saw my car, the paint job was beautiful and the color match was spot on. I couldn't even tell there was ever any damage...I was greeted by another gentleman (didn't get his name but he was nice) and he went to grab my keys. My car had even been washed which was a pleasant surprise. After inspecting the paint a bit closer I noticed there was a few bubbles and they advised they would fix it right away. After they were done the bubbles were gone but I noticed a few other marks in the paint and a few chips that I requested weren't filled (easy to miss I don't blame them). Narann reassured me I could come back and get it fixed, so I'll be back next week as it was almost closing time and I wanted to beat traffic. It was nice because I can tell they are all about customer satisfaction. Before I left I received my invoice and aftercare instructions! My experience had truly been pleasant thus far! I'll update with photos once I get those few things I noted fixed. I definitely recommend this shop, they are friendly, professional, and do quality work! You won't be disappointed, they will do what they can to ensure you are satisfied. Thanks DentFinish San Diego, you've earned a lifetime customer (hopefully I don't need anymore bodywork haha) my boyfriend wants to bring his car in next for restoration and paint! *As a note pay with cash due to a credit card charge fee. read more

My wife and I are very satisfied with the work done with our car. We got into a hit-and-run accident and decided to take the vehicle to this collision repair shop in San Diego. They have a five starts review on YELP and most important, a veteran-owned business, so I gave it a shot to let them repair my vehicle. Ros, Ivan, and their team were very polite and provided excellent service. They will work with your insurance and will answer any questions you have. They are so professional in their work. If you want dents removed the right way, this is the only place to take your vehicle. My car looks brand new and I could not be happier. The dents I brought in were in tough places to access but Dent Finish San Diego made it look like it wasn't even a challenge for them. Excellent customer service, very fair and reasonable estimates and cost for the work they do. To say I'm satisfied is a drastic understatement. They easily exceeded any expectations I had for the final product and I left the shop excited about how good my vehicle looks now. Thanks guys! read more

I had a dent on the passenger side of my car for the longest time and had asked other people for quotes. After years of putting it off, I finally hopped on Yelp to search for an honest and reliable collision repair shop. Dent finish had the most consistent and highest reviews so I texted for a quote. After sending some pictures to owner Ros, he gave me a VERY reasonable quote for $600 for the door, fender, and repaint and $50 for headlight restoration. Knowing other quotes I've received in the past, I knew this was very reasonable so I agreed to the service! Now, when you drive there you might get lost. Trust Google Maps. If you feel like you're in the wrong area, you're probably in the right one. It's in the back of a car lot but don't give up! It's totally worth it. What I love and appreciated about Dent Finish was their customer service. Ros response very quickly, respected the $650 quote he gave me over text, and called me when it was supposed to be completed saying the color was a little off and asked to have it for one extra day to correct the color. I said sure! When I received the car Ros went over what they did and after repair paint care. He even vacuumed the driver and passenger interior and washed the exterior. How nice! Thank you so much! If you're looking for someone reliable, honest, has great customer service AND fair pricing this is the place. read more

You guys! I can't even tell you how grateful and lucky I am to have found Dent Finish. I scratched and dented my car pretty badly a couple weeks ago and was scrambling to find an auto shop that would not rip me off. I also didn't want to go through insurance and having to deal with my premium going up. So I took a day to go all over San Diego to find one and they were all giving me estimates that were insanely high. I was super relieved when Ros gave me an estimate for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price. And the end result was GREAT! They also provide lifetime warranty for paint bubbles and such (amazing!). I'm also a new driver and am a terrible one at that so I have little scratches on my car, they were so thoughtful and buffed out most of those scratches, even though it was not under the price. I have separate bigger scratches on the bumper and I will definitely go back to them and get those fixed. They also offer a returning customer discount which is amazing! This is a place I will start recommending to my friends for auto body damages. read more

I requested Dent Finish San Diego to repair my front bumper on my Genesis Coupe due to having three holes from the license plate being screwed into the plastic front bumper. My friend's rental suffered damage when he scraped it against the garage wall. Dent Finish was the only body shop to respond to my inquiry on the same day. Knowing my friend had to return his rental in the morning and fly back to the east coast, Dent Finish offered to take the time that same day to see if they could help us. Upon taking in the vehicle, the staff examined the vehicle, and quoted us the very reasonable price of $150- $180. It should be noted that while the staff was very busy with other vehicles, they stopped what they were doing to work on ours. The staff buffed and cleaned the damaged area, making it look much better, but told us they were unable to fully remove the dents. Because of this, the staff told us they were not going to charge us, for fear we would still be charged by the car rental company. When we tried to pay them simply $20 for their efforts, they refused to accept any payment! Such work ethic and integrity is extremely hard to come by in today's world. The honesty, integrity, and kindness exhibited by Dent Finish will not be forgotten, and I will certainly take my vehicle to them in the future, and refer friends. Excellent customer service and staff! read more

Finally got around to searching for a place to fix up a pretty gnarly dent on the driver side door. It was not only dented, but paint was scratched as well since I scraped alongside a metal pole, oops. I got a few quotes from other places and could not believe how expensive it was, it didnt seem worth it to me. One last time, I found DentFinish SD online and found out I could get a quote via text after providing some simple photos of the damage. I was impressed with how affordable it was, and later that week I brought my car in and it was done in 4 days. Good as new. If anyone else out there hits a pole, go to DentFinish. read more

Ros runs a quality dent repair shop with so much more. Daughters car was sideswiped and looked a mess. A move from Denver to Imperial beach meant the finish looked rusty and no shine. Daughters new job and move meant no money to get the car looking as classy as she is. ROS TO THE RESCUE! Ros and other shops quoted what it would cost and take to make car "perfect". I recommend this shop to anyone. Friendly and responds quickly to any questions that may have.

We bought the top of the line Honda Odyssey back in 2013, almost 40k out the door. Barely 4 years old, 40k miles, in very good condition. We were victims of a hit and run at Balboa hospital back in 2015, while my husband (active duty in the Corps at that time) was battling cancer. I found this company after much research and upon speaking to the owner, he seemed nice & fair enough. We paid over $1k to fix the small dents and scratches at the bottom of the door. To the eye of someone who knows nothing about cars or paint jobs, it seemed legit. I had trust and faith in them that they did the best job they could possibly do. Fast forward to not even two years later, we take our van to trade it in at Toyota. We did not bring up the accident as it had slipped our minds. The manager spotted it right away and said in his honest opinion, it was the WORST paint job he has ever come across and it's very obvious that they did a shoddy job. We just wanted to get rid of the van so we did not have to deal with registering it in a few months from HI To CA. We got offered a trade in value of $4K UNDER the low end of KBB due to this specific paint job. was almost upside down on our loan if I didn't haggle out a better deal. Very disappointed in your company and I pray no one else has to go through this down the line. read more
