Best kept secret in town. If your on the fence on getting a big or small dent fixed. Don't delay and don't try to fix it yourself (my personal experience). Please give Igor a call, he asked for a picture of the dent (its best for him to see it in person). Set an appointment and let him take care of the problem. That's it. Not only did I learn so much in a little amount of time spent there. His attention to detail was the highlight of my time spent at his shop. Shop has a warm welcoming waiting room, coffee and snacks are available while you wait. He was professional and was able to make my troubles (dent) disappear. Thank you, Igor. read more

Igor did a great job. Very responsive. I was returning a Tesla Model S on lease. A week before the lease return I got some pretty nasty damage on my rear passenger door. Body work on Tesla's can literally be 10's of thousands of dollars. Igor fixed the nasty body damage, wheel rash on 3 wheels, touched up paint on a quarter sized bumper scrape (perfect color match), and buffed out and polished some large body scratches in the ceramic coating (some I hadn't even noticed). The car was done the same day I brought it in and the price was more than fair! It looked showroom perfect when he was done. Igor's business does this kind of work regularly for Tesla dealers. After Tesla's lease return inspections there were no charges for excess wear and tear!!! read more

Had a bad dent on the drivers side door. Text pic and he replied quickly with a quote and unsure if he could repair it, but still willing to come to my house and take a look for no charge. Came to my house on time and communicated when he was on his way. He was unable to fix my door and was going to leave without any cost to myself. My wife then suggested to fix the dent on her car, which he did perfectly at a fair cost. Trustworthy, punctual, fair cost and does a great job. Would definitely use again. read more

Igore is the man! I have a Mini Cooper that I'm really obsessed with making it into my little pristine weekend racer. So when I bought it there were a a few tiny dings and the. A few more appeared after letting the wifey drive my Mini! I met at the shop and Igore walked me through the dents he found which were not originally obvious to me. Some trunk dents that were from people pushing to hard. So in total the 8 dings turned out to be about 15! He went to work on them and in 2 hours he's was finished. Now not just the dents were gone but he had also removed some stubborn scratches too. He is a professional guy, and very friendly! While I waited he provided water, snacks and WIFI. Thanks Igore I will send more business your way brother! read more

PCH Dent Repair's owner, Igor is like a magician to me. I don't how he did it to my Tesla Model Y's dent. He told me he can only fix my Tesla Model Y's dent to 90%. But the final result is 100%!!I I was so happy to see my Tesla Model Y rear dent disappear! It was like magic! I was there watching Igor fixing my Tesla Model Y's dent last Thursday 4/25/2024 from 9am to 3pm. Ignore worked only on my car without taking a break. Igor was very friendly down to Earth. I was surprise also to find out that Igor is Tesla contractor, specializing in dent repair as well. I would definitely come back again for future dent repair and strongly recommend to come to PCH Dent Repair. read more

PCH Dent Repair - After the repair no more dents in the body line - Body Shops Near Me - Oceanside, California

Sent images of dent via text and had a reply within 10 minutes. After answering a few questions I received an official quote within 30 minutes of first text. Quote was similar to other dent repair quotes I received. The appointment slot didn't have me waiting like some other locations. Igor was working on my vehicle immediately after I arrived. There's plenty of spots to eat around the garage so I walked around the corner to grab a bite and he was just finishing up when I returned. There's also a small waiting room with TV and coffee machine if I wanted to wait there and keep an eye on the progress. Igor and his assistant were friendly and communicative. Will be using PCH for any dent repair going forward. read more

This review is going to be a bit long because I want to do justice to this business. I hope you will take the time to read and refer this business to others as well. Igor, the owner of PCH Dent Repair (and also One Spot Auto), met with me briefly the same day I called him when he was on the way to a job from another. He said on the spot that the damage is fairly severe, too big for him to fix at my home. He said that he was willing to try to fix it though it was going to be a challenge but that I would have to bring the car to his shop in Carlsbad. He gave me a reasonable and competitive estimate for the repair. What was incredible is that Igor said that he will not charge anything if he sees that the damage is beyond the scope of paint-less dent repair services. I was a bit skeptical driving up to Carlsbad not knowing if he works at a legit shop. What I saw and experienced is beyond words--a beautiful well-maintained shop shared by three partners (Freddy, CJ who owns DoneRightDips) who work synergistically to help each other, superb customer service and an atmosphere of complete transparency in the work they do. Unfortunately, it was determined that the damage on my car would require the services of a body shop which I was trying to avoid because I prefer less pollution and waste in the interest of preserving our planet. It turns out that Igor has the same principles which is why he is in this business. Not only, true to his words, did he not charge me anything for his time to assess if the problem is fixable, they offered me drinks and a place to sit in their office while I waited. They even allowed me to observe them in action (it was very interesting for me!) as long as I stayed at a safe distance and let me take photos as he dismantled the bumper. It is very clear that Igor not only loves his trade and likes a challenge, but he is a man of highest integrity. Sure he'd have liked to have my business and I would have liked that even more, but what he achieved in the end is proving that there are good-hearted, decent, hard-working individuals who prioritize character over profit....yes, even among car mechanics! And no, Igor didn't pay me to write this. Rather, I left his shop indebted and this is the very least I could do for him. read more

PCH Dent Repair - When I got my car damaged - Body Shops Near Me - Oceanside, California

Igor was fantastic! We had two massive dents on the corner of our car for over 2 years. The Mercedes' dealership said they couldn't work on them, so we decided we should look elsewhere. After reading PCH Dent Repair/Igor's great reviews we decided he would be the best to help us. I called and Igor asked that I send a photo of the dents... within a couple hours he had a (very reasonable) price estimate and we booked an appointment! When it came to appointment time, Igor texted ahead of time to give us an ETA, he was punctual, and was able to work in our driveway. He got both dents out within 2 hours and even made the scuffs disappear. Our car looks even better than it did before! read more

I was disheartened and stressed when my brand new Tesla Model 3 was hit and caused a dent in the left rear quarter panel. I went to many auto body shops and they quoted me about $5000-$6000 for repairs and wanted to take apart my car just to fix the dent. I found Igor online and I'm so glad and relieved I went to him! He was able to fix the dent in about two hours with a reasonable price! He was so nice and offered kind hospitality in his Carlsbad shop. He truly cares about his customers and offers genuine, quality work. I had some concerns with the location of the dent and how it would affect the electricity/charge port of the car as well as the paint protection film on it but he knows about Tesla cars really well. He is your go-to guy for Tesla paintless dent repair. I HIGHLY recommend him. read more

I would highly recommend Igor at PCH Dent Repair to anybody looking for this type of service! His shop is very clean, I had a fantastic experience and the quality of his work is the best I've seen. I brought an Audi S3 in to have a dent removed from the front fender (size of a Kiwi). The repair was so good, you can't tell it was even there. That prompted me to bring my 911 back for a dimple about the (size of a dime). Again, the same flawless result. What can I say, I'm very impressed and this isn't the type of work you can take to anybody. Somebody who's unskilled could possibly make something look worse. The cost was very reasonable and it was worth every penny. I'll be using Igor for all my repairs in the future. read more

Igor saved my 3 month old VW. I was in a rush and parked my car in a narrow parking space. Sure enough, the side fender got dented because someone opened the door abruptly. I sent Igor a couple of photos for quote. He was available on the same day at his shop. So I brought my car in. His work is amazing, the special light he uses draws contours, and he repaired it as close as possible to its original shape. I became proud again of my new car thanks to him. read more

Igor came to my house and repaired my car today. Someone backed into me in the grocery store parking lot and put a dent in the right rear quarter panel. It's a double wall panel and not an easy repair! I was quoted over $8000 buy a Tesla approved repair center! I really did not want my car cut apart and everything on the inside removed, from the front seats back, in order to do this repair. Did a fantastic job of fixing a difficult dent that had the other car's paint wedged into my dent. Igor is an artist, and a terrific fellow, as well.
