I had such a great experience with Dent and Scratch Pro. From start to finish. They gave me a quote over the phone/email after sending them pics, got the work done in 2 days, and never made me wait more than 1 min. They text, they call, they return messages - they are just communicators! Which is very hard to come by these days. Great ownership; great management. George did the work on our vehicle and his work is excellent. I'm going to refer my friends and family here! read more

Several weeks back, my hood was clobbered by something on the 15. Now, I don't know what it was but I know where it came from. The truck in front of me kicked something up on the ground and the object flew into my car with such force, it was a miracle my windshield wasn't shattered. I knew there was damage, not just damage but major damage- the kind of damage that when you look at it, you still remember the epic sound of whatever object it was smashing your car. So, I had to get it fixed immediately. I decided to not open a claim with my insurance. You either pay with time or money. I don't have the time to be without a car for days, deal with adjusters, etc. Since I was already getting bodywork done, I figured I would ask about other cosmetic repairs. If the price was right, I would do it all at once. I emailed a few mobile places but they all responded they couldn't do the work. I had to bring it to a body shop. I imagined my car being there for days- that simply didn't work for me. Well, Steven was the only company willing to come out, give an estimate, pick the car up from my house, bring it back to my house, and truly not inconvenience me at all. All through email, I told him I had one weekend I could be without a car and he was onboard with getting the work done that weekend. Gabriel picked up my car on a Friday afternoon at 5pm and as promised, the car was returned to me Monday morning at 7:15am. The work is amazing. The color match is perfect. You can't tell anything happened and the memory of the loud BOOM is slowly fading. The price was perfect but even better than that, I truly was not inconvenienced at all. When can you ever say that regarding car repairs?! I highly recommend this shop! Thanks Steven and Gabriel! read more

An hour and change I'll never get back. At 12:45 PM I call to see if I can come by for an estimate. "We close at 2:30 today" "I'm 20 minutes away" "See you in 20" ... 20 Minutes later ... Arrive. Shop locked up. Another guy waiting. Same experience. Call number. Text number. No response. Wait for 25 minutes. Drive home. Such fun. read more

Brought my Subaru in to get side scratch fixed and blended for a fair and reasonable price. George took great care of my car and even wet sanded out some scratches on the other side. Great crew and would use them again. Thank you! read more

Stupid is as stupid does.... these idiots should be arrested if these are their actual prices! WARNING: 4 or 5 STAR REVIEWS from this place were likely written by friends, family or themselves... I was out checking tire prices and stopped in this place to get a price to do some very VERY minor light scratch repair, 1 ding so minor I didn't even see it (they actually pointed it out) and 3 rock chips the largest being 1/4 inch wide. I also pointed out a previous repair where the paint needed to be blended a little better. Now, I actually know the value of these exceptionally small lightly apparent cosmetic defects but though... "What the hell", I have so many other irons in the fire, I'll bite the bullet and have someone else do this one. Expecting a high estimate in the $700. - $900 Maximum range, these clowns quoted .... are you ready for this? Between $8000.00 and $10,000.00 dollars. If you are STUPID ENOUGH to go there... well I guess you deserve what you get! read more

Fadi and his crew are quality. I could not be anymore satisfied with their work. My truck is a 2005 Toyota Tacoma, I'm the 2nd owner. My girl was peeling and looking beat up. After hours of research, quotes, and conversation, I found active auto collision to be the most honest and financially reasonable. I was shocked at how sparkling brand spanking new my truck was. They really went above and beyond my highest expectations. I will recommend anyone to Fadi and his crew and am a customer for life now. read more

Brought my truck here after it got scratched pretty badly on the side and Junior made a great repair that I was happy with. When he was done, I couldn't even tell it was scratched! He was friendly, professional and accommodated me on a day that he was already booked. I really appreciate the great service. Thank you! read more

So, I am one of those people who are SUPER skeptical about reviews on any place. I make sure to really read reviews before I go to said spot. Well LET ME TELL YOU. About a week and a half ago I had someone back into me. So I decided to start looking for an auto shop. Everyone knows an auto shop can be a huge hit or miss. This place is a huge HIT. Every employee here is super nice and helpful. They got right down to the inspections and even went out of their way to talk with my insurance. I couldn't believe how smooth everything was. They gave me an estimate on how long it would take, and they were right on the dot. I got my car back I'm less than a week. The owner even offered me a ride to the rental place, which was very sweet. The whole crew is amazing, and kept me updated throughout the process. If you are a picky person like me, please take this into consideration. It takes a lot for me to even want to write a review, especially a good one. You need frame repairs or even paint done, this place needs to be at the top of your list. This place is SINCERE and ROCKS like no other. read more

Shout out to my man Abraham the manager. I was quoted to paint and buff the entire side of my car because of a few scratches from a side swipe a few months ago. George assured me he would paint the scratches and buff out my door to get the car looking brand new. Both my partner and I believed we were leaving it in good hands. When I went to pick it up, a large scratch was left unpainted and they said that I did not pay for this service when both me and my partner were present when he agreed to fix up the car. Unacceptable. Make sure you ask every question so you know exactly, down to the scratch, what you're paying for. Also, this review was originally posted May 18th, when I first picked the car up but in order to get a complimentary polish and a second look at my (not fully serviced) car, I was specifically asked to remove the review. read more

Walked into this place with our car's bumper just hanging. Larry the manager walked up to us, we told him the problem & Larry had his dexterous employee Alberto jump on it immediately & the work was done in less than 15 minutes. I have recently gotten my vehicle serviced here. I have an after market carbon fiber hood and the clear coat started fading/peeling. I initially brought it here and asked for an estimate. The owner Steven was very kind and helpful. So I decided to get my carbon fiber hood restored that same day. The process and wait time was very reasonable. They got my hood restored fast! Once I saw the results I was AMAZED!!! My hood came out looking like brand new. I am a very satisfied customer and do recommend anyone to get their vehicles serviced here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

BE AWARE OF THIS SHOP!! Brought in my car there to be painted, they over-sprayed (running paint) the bumper, fender and 2 doors they also sprayed some paint to my wheels, windshield headlights and the paint have a lot of dust incorporated to the paint, I think TIJUANA body shops do better paint job for a lot less money. They gave me lifetime warranty on the job not going back to be fix since they did a terrible job the first time I don't wanna imagine how it will come out again if I bring it back to them. Will need to take my car to painted to a professional shop and pay again thanks to Accident pros San Marcos ca. read more

Any time it comes to automotive repair, I'm sure customers can be leery to the quotes and estimates received by their shops. Now I had no reAson to be but things happen. As this transaction was actually done through another business, this was not your typical contracted work. So I was quoted x amount of dollars. I was good with that price. Upon completion of work, I went in to pay and noticed some things are were Not done. Long story short the communication throughout the process was subpar. Upon completion of the second round of repairs, Never once was there notification that this would increase the quote. I went to pay and was told a higher amount. This was never communicated. After an exchange of words with upper management/ owner, he explained and made things right. This is were they earned their 5 stars. Sometimes things don't go a smooth as you want but a business can make you a customer for life when they make efforts of customer service. read more

Awesome work with the most reasonable prices around! I scratched the side of my mom's bumper and was told by other establishments that it would have to be replaced, which could cost upwards of $1,000. I went to AcciDent Pros and the owner Steve was extremely friendly and told me that he could paint the bumper to look brand new for just a few hundred dollars! He was extremely friendly and informative, I was highly impressed with the great service and the low price at AcciDent Pros. read more

So I was kind of on the fence of leaving a review due to the unprofessionalism I was given. To me as a customer first impression is everything and this company absolutely hit it out of the park with providing a complete disaster rollercoaster ride of a first impression. To begin I took my BRAND NEW vehicle in to have a pretty bad scratch on the driver side door removed , Abraham who I assume is their store manager quickly pointed a few scratches that he said he could get out and was willing to do it for free ( I know sounds like a good deal right) so a few day later I dropped my vehicle of and was told they were going to need a minimum of three days to complete the job. The day after dropping it off I received a call from ABRAHAM saying the job is done and everything looks great. At this point in the service everything seems like smooth sailing nothing could go wrong, I ended up picking up my vehicle around the evening when it was already getting dark so obviously to notice imperfections on a black vehicle at night Is damn near impossible without a source of light. The day after picking up my vehicle a co- worker of mine poinTed out the damage shown in the pictures I provided in this post. There was bad swirls all around my vehicle , compound materials literally splattered all around my vehicle that was never cleaned up, these guys were so unprofessional they didn't even tape up any of the plastic trims which allowed the buffing pad to spread and burn the chemical in to my trim WHICH I HAD TO FIX. I called Abraham to explain to him why the trim and swirls on my vehicle and damaged and all he had to say was (my guy must have forgot to apply the last step to remove the swirls and tape the trims) I mean this guy even blamed the weather for his employees incompetence. During our conversation he requested I return the vehicle and that I tape the trims to prevent anymore burn marks. My point that I'm getting to here is if anybody is looking to have any deep or light scratches removed this would not be the place to go to as it took them a month to have a detailer come out to my home too fix their mistakes. I honestly really hope no one experiences the headaches I had to go through in order to get my car to looking like it originally did before I took it in. Save your money and go else where. read more

Just picked up my daughters car and it looks brand new! Her 2005 4Runner was side swiped while parked. Abraham helped guide us through processing the insurance claim and was able to work directly with the insurance which made it easier on me. His team not only repaired the damage to the passenger door, lower back quarter panel, bumper, and running board but literally repainted the entire side of the car so that everything would blend well. In addition, they fixed her foggy, old, headlights at no charge so they look brand new as well! Abraham is communicative, straight forward, and professional.
