His staff (they were friendly and courteous) took pictures and said the manager would send an estimate that afternoon. He never called. I called 2 days later; he said he would send me the estimate by end of the day. Next day, still nothing. I called one more time then gave up. If they won't live up to their word (3 times) to provide an estimate I doubt they would fix the car in a reasonable time frame. read more

I'm& I initially thought this thing is gonna be totaled no way ima get it back. I own a 2017 challenger 392 shaker edition. The price on this thing is above the 40k mark. When my insurance said If I had a collision shop in mind that I wanted to go thru, I had been recommended by a friend that this place uses all OEM parts. Mind you this is important cause OEM it'll keep the value of the vehicle, aftermarket will not obviously. So when I took my car in I knew they were gonna take care of it in good hands. Right now times are a bit hard cause auto parts on a shortage. Repairs are held back a lot due to this but I knew they were doing they're best. The owner of the place, Basil, kept contact with me the entire way: what had arrived, what was on order, what was installed, what department it was at (paint, detail, on the lift). I even got an opportunity to see it from time to time to see the progress. Ive had my car back now for a month and I couldn't be happier. Everything about the car looks good & I've had no issues & it's all because they ensured this thing was back to 100% before handing the key back to me thru test drives & inspections. I first met Basil Yousef the owner of bam collision a few years ago when I had an accident with my 2016 Hyundai Tucson. At the time I was going to go to auto body art and had the appointment all set up as I was leaving that morning to go there a woman I ran into in the parking lot told me oh no don't go there and went on to tell me what her horror story was.... She said call this guy over at BAM collision he's awesome etc so I did. I called over there while the tow truck was on the way to my home. The owner himself came to my home within a half hour immediately. He gave me a great estimate much better than the one I prior had, and I had the tow truck take it over there to his shop. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this place is and how absolutely on board and caring the owner is about all your needs! He gave me a rental car free right away discounted my deductible and got me in. Unbelievable one phone calling within a half hour I had him and a new shop a better deal etc. His work has been superb! I recently on the 8th of June had another accident, unfortunately at this time my car is totaled. I went once again over to Basil also known as Steven, at BAM collision and they took such great care of me once again!! He offered me a rental but I already had one from Geico, and once again got me in right away gave me the estimate and let me know the very next day that it was totaled. Basil and his team at BAM Auto Collision did an outstanding job repairing my wife's near perfect condition, low mileage, 2000 Jaguar XKR Supercharged convertible after she rear ended someone and crushed the front end. My wife had inherited this car from her late mother who had died at a young age so it broke her heart when this accident happened. What made things worse was that Carlsbad Auto Body provided a very high repair estimate and Geico just blew us off and totaled the vehicle. We needed to find a better, less expensive repair option. We found BAM and we were so thankful we did. I can not stress enough that you will not find better service, or a better price, or better repair quality from any body shop out there as compared to BAM. We needed to find someone who would work with us to find rare and used parts for this Jag. Many parts needed were not even manufactured anymore. Basil had our back from the first minute we met! He understood that the current repair estimate showed that the car would cost more to repair than it was worth. He worked with us on that to cut the cost of the repair while the other shop didn't even try. He knew that we had a limited budget to spend to bring the car back to life. Basil had to have worked for hours and hours researching all over the country to find the rare parts that we needed to bring the car back. Basil understood that we were bringing my wife's sentimental memories of her mom back to her through the repair of the car which saved it from the salvage yard. He cared enough to make it happen. Basil and his team completed a full front end tear down and repaired the vehicle to new condition. The car looks amazing again. In addition, months after the repair was completed Basil followed up with me to be sure we were 100% satisfied. I told him that we had been having battery problems. This issue was not due to the repair, but Basil offered to bring a new battery by my house and install it for us to be sure that we were completely satisfied in case the battery somehow discharged while the car was being stripped down. Seriously this happened. This kind of stuff never happens! Anyway, I haven't seen good service like this in years. I hope that BAM offering great service and guaranteeing their work turns into good karma for Basil and his team and helps with the success of his business. The best decision I've made this year was going to this B.A.M.! Honest, communicative, fair pricing, & patient are the words I'd use to summarize B.A.M. So I finally had my first major accident, I got rear ended and the persons insurance company gave me a list of suggested shops to make repairs "easier". What I didn't know about easier is the shops they suggested were "easier" for them, but probably not for me. The first shop I took it to barely found any damage (even though my rear end was smashed in?) so I had to take it to another shop and luckily someone recommended B.A.M. When I took the car to their shop the manager immediately noticed more damage that wasn't recorded just by walking around the vehicle. Through B.A.M.s diligent inspection work they uncovered a scary amount of damage that was missed by the first shop (most importantly the frame damage). The owner and the manager both took a lot of time to explain to me the process of repairs and how to work with the insurance company. The owner himself did a lot of the work with communicating to the insurance company, it felt great having someone that was advocating for me and not in my opinion trying to "screw me over". When it came time for the settlement they explained what my options were and what they recommended. I never once felt pressured and always felt better every time I talked with them (phone calls & texting), they were so patient to explain everything and answer all my questions. Bottom line is THIS is the shop to go to when you need to get your car fixed, I can't endorse them enough! read more
