We got the Toshiba back a couple days ago and it has never run this well. The problem with it shutting down every couple of minutes is totally gone and it runs at light speed compared to when we took it in. The HP had a dying hard drive. They notified and I approved the repair, the part was in the next day around noon. Everything was cloned and I have it back now as well and it is running perfect. All updates on both were done, plus tuneups and at a very reasonable price. Saved us from having to buy new laptops.
