Anthony provided exceptional service when I brought in my cell phone after it had been badly…read moredamaged, including significant water damage. I was hoping there might be a way to repair it, but Anthony took the time to carefully evaluate the phone and explain what I could realistically expect. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained that, because of the extent of the water damage, attempting a repair would probably not be the best plan of action and could ultimately be ineffective. Rather than encouraging me to spend money on a repair that might not last, he gave me straightforward advice about my options. Anthony was polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. At a time when it can sometimes feel like everyone is trying to make money at all costs, Anthony was generous with his knowledge and more concerned with giving me good advice than simply making a sale. That level of honesty and integrity means a lot. I am very grateful for the way he treated me and handled the situation. Anthony has definitely earned my trust, and he will receive all of my future cell phone repair and service business. I highly recommend him!

MC Repair has super high ratings and reviews. I thought I give them a try. So very happy and glad I did. They are located at the Park Centre in the City of Victorville. I called them first to get some information before heading over to the shop. I spoke with Martin. I believe he is the owner. He was very friendly, nice, and helpful over the phone. He was even more so in person. Thanks Martin! I initially ordered and paid for an off market phone backing. It didn't take too long until the part arrived. I returned to the shop for the repair. Fix didn't take very long at all... maybe 20 mins tops. After my phone was fixed, Martin shared with me that he upgraded the phone backing to the original free of charge.
