Consequently, we had to terminate his services mid project. This set us back several weeks while a replacement contractor was hired. To his credit, Kevin found a minor electrical issue which required correction - and for that we are grateful. However, he also insisted that a portable generator he set on our driveway (10-12 feet from our home) was pushing/conducting electricity into our home's outlets. The two were not connected in any way, and the power to our home was turned off at the main. The following day, Kevin insisted we had a "major" plumbing issue and refused to continue working for fear he'd be held responsible. We had to pay a licensed plumbing contractor $$$ to come inspect... NO issue was found. We probably could have tolerated and/or lived with all of the above. However, when the incompetence above was combined with his questionable sobriety while working in our home, the extreme anger and rage he displayed as his services were terminated, and the threats of harm he levied against us as our business relationship soured, Kecht Industries goes FAR beyond anything a reasonable person would ever tolerate.
