Then I had call L.G. 800 number that was on my dryer and they told me it would me $000.00 to just make a appointment and then the cost for part and labor when they do come out to see what is going on with my dryer, I said to my self "NO WAY". I called AA TV & Appliances (Locally owned and operated) to come out and look at my L.G. Dry, do to one of my bearing wheels was out (sounded like it froze-up. They came out the next day watch I did not expect that fast, and the young man (Mr. Adolfo) was easy to talk to and when he herd it he knew what the problem was right away and explained to me in plain English what was the problem and how much ($$) all together (out the door). It only took a few minutes to do the job and the amount of money I paid was good for the repairs, and they also took debt cards. Right afterwards the heater sensor went out and after getting the part the next day, he installed it on the dryer and only had me just pay for the part only (NO OTHER FEE's) and now my dryer works as good as new.
