If you need a great working camera security system, you have to get it from joe and his team!…read more A friend recommended Joe and his team after a series of break-ins around the neighborhood. I was able to text the tech and receive a response the same day. I have access to view my security cameras from my phone. I LOVE that the tech named all of my cameras to reflect the location so if I get a notification from my app, it'll be something like "motion in driveway." I will be recommending this company to everyone!

Outstanding Work - Clean Ethernet Install & Professional Cable Management…read more I wanted to show a clear before and after because the difference is incredible! Before, the Ethernet cable in my room was left hanging out of the wall, and the wiring closet was a complete mess due to a previous technician's sloppy work. Nothing was labeled, cables were tangled everywhere, and it was nearly impossible to trace or use the connections properly. After hiring this technician, everything changed. They: * Installed a clean, flush-mounted Ethernet jack that looks professional and works perfectly. * Organized the entire wiring closet -- bundling, labeling, and routing everything neatly. * Took time to troubleshoot, test connections, and make sure everything was functional and efficient. Their attention to detail, knowledge, and work ethic really stood out. They not only fixed the issue, but also left my setup looking 100× better than it ever did before. Now I can plug directly into the wall for a strong Ethernet connection, and I actually understand what's going on in my network closet. Highly recommend this technician if you need Ethernet installation, wall jack setup, or network cleanup. Professional, clean work, worth every dollar.

We easily found it and parked on Bartlett to avoid the Pine Knot parking fun. The owner was 'Johnny on the spot' selling us a can for $12. She is about 36 inches tall, a hard worker and pretty proficient with a wet swiffer. She's greeted us back and told us she helps her grandpa "...because he's old". What a cutie! :) Btw, canned air worked like a charm and we are back in business! Thanks NetworkIT

This shop is great! They are only open M-F 9a-6p though... love that for them, hate it for me. I…read morehad to bring my tv in the middle of my work day but it was so worth it. In a time when all of our stuff is made cheaply and expected to break, shops like this are a beacon of critical thinking and taking care of business. San Bernardino is like LA, you can find anything if you look hard enough. This part of town is rough - but preserve through if you are the kind of person who hates the throwaway culture that has been thrust upon us. My tv had a problem where is suddenly had no picture, but the sound worked. Googling around, I found some repair flow charts and determined the issue to be either the power board or LEDs. Since power boards are so cheap online, I tried that first. That wasn't the issue so I knew part of the LED backlight was bad and I was not interested in the careful/gentle nature of that type of repair. I found this shop and they were very friendly and straight forward. It cost $25 for diagnostic, which of course goes towards repair if you choose to do it (just like a mechanic). They were able to fix my issue same day (probably because these tvs are crap and they keep common fix components in stock). It ended up being ~$150 total and it is better than new because they put longer lasting LEDs in there than it started with. Yay! The repair tech recommended I get a good power strip to plug into to protect the LEDs for fluctuations in power that could make them go bad in the future. Note, he didn't sell it to me, he recommended it as a best practice. Good dude.
