Oops he did it again... 3td time with Mike doing my custom install working, and this time hanging 4 tvs, and installing plugs above my kitchen cabinets. If there was a gold belt of installation, hes still the reigning, defending and definitive champion. Top service doesn't mean the most expensive, but everybody has a guy who does it for 100 bucks. Using then is a JV move. Have your buddies buddy do it, then call Mike for the varsity move. Or just make the right move, and pass on the former geek squad drop out, and call Mike. read more

Amazing response time and very personable! Michael was absolutely fantastic and even before mounting notified me of what changes or considerations would need to be made and wanted me to weigh in. Michael came and installed backlighting for my TV. He did a great job. And we asked about putting in speakers for surround sound. He was able to tell us our options and give us prices for all of them on the spot. We bought the speakers and had him back to do the installation. We are very happy. I highly recommend Michael to anyone who needs help with installation. Reasonable prices and a great help! read more

Michael was really efficient and reliable. He was quick to respond to our questions and his pricing was reasonable for 3 65" TV mounting services. Even though we had our own mounts, he didn't have any issues with mounting the TVs. He even stopped by as a courtesy to help us figure out an issue with our mount that a previous business did for us. We'll definitely be using him again in the future. read more

Michael responded to my quote request quickly and also gave me options for tv mounts (I recommend just going for the full motion). He even gave us availability the day of. His prices were very reasonable for two TV mounts so we decided to go with him for the installation. He was super punctual and gave us a heads up 30-45 minutes before arriving. During the installation, Michael was super clean, thorough, and professional. He made sure we liked the placement before drilling any holes. He even patched up a hole after finding out that one of our studs wasn't suitable for the mount. We are super happy with the TV mounts and highly recommend his business! read more

I have been searching for someone to mount our 55" Fire TV for months!! I finally decided to send a quote request in hopes of finding someone safe and diligent. Out of everyone who responded immediately, I knew in my gut I should wait a little longer for a response from TVXpertz (especially with the recent reviews). I'm so glad I did. Not only was the owner (Michael) transparent in pricing, he was also kind and chill by nature. He actually offered to come same day within 2 hrs of his first message to me!! He was quick, efficient, and cleaned after the job was done. I'll definitely call him again when we're ready to mount the bedroom TV. Great pricing and great conversation. Amazing service ! This is my second time using this service and as always I was more than satisfied. I got. 65 in tv installed on the wall.. was tricky with location of power outlet but he did a great job and results were a clean and seamless finish. Then we wanted to switch the TV to a different location and he returned to handle that as well. All in all a great guy and very professional work! read more

I contacted this business last week, Michael, is a very kind, personable and professional businessman. Mr Ramirez replied promptly and did a great job mounting the tv AND he didn't try to up sell the price, which was as stated $170 out the door. Honestly, this was a really great experience, this gentleman has a real heart for senior citizens and this was evidenced in his empathy, I needed to have a TV mounted because my mother with dementia pulled down our last 65 inch. I don't want to sound fake but it was a really nice experience he's very professional and prompt and honestly I would recommend this business to anyone. Kind of sounds weird but this was a very pleasant experience, he's very understanding and really takes your needs seriously. read more

Mike was a true professional and did an amazing job! He beautifully mounted the Frame tv for us. It did not look like an easy task with our old house with built in bookshelves but Mike made it look easy and hid all wiring. He really went the extra mile and treated this job as if it were for his own house. I'm ecstatic with the results! He was polite, communicative, and willing to accommodate us in the same weekend! The photos speak for themselves! He is a master at his craft, don't hesitate to use his services! read more

3 years ago I had TvXpertz come out and mount a 75 inch television on my wall and hide the wires. I mean...I could definitely mount a television and have the tools to do it, but what I do not have is the experience and skill to resolve any last minute issues that might come up. After watching many videos I decided I wanted this done professionally. I looked online in the Lake Elsinore/Riverside area and came across TvXpertz. Their quote was very competitive, actually...it was the most reasonable for the job I was looking for. When TvXpertz arrived, they gave their opinions about where on the wall the television should be mounted. Once a location was established they got to work. I could tell by the way the installers moved that this wasn't their first rodeo. Agreed about an hour and a half the job was done and I was extremely satisfied as the work was very clean. There was very minimal clean up as they prepped everything to minimize the mess. They are so confident about their work that they said the wall behind would probably fall before that television ever falls! 3 years later the television is still up, the wires still hidden and working and I was in need of getting another television hung upstairs. I was so pleased with the first job that I called them back to request a quote. I didn't even bother to get quotes from other companies as I knew I wanted TvXpertz to do the job. When I opened the door it was the same installer who came 3 years ago, Mike. It was the same exact routine and same level of outstanding customer service. He talked me through the pros and cons of where I wanted the television mounted. His workflow is just as seamless and effortless as it was 3 years prior. I am more than satisfied with the work that was done on both televisions. The next television we will get will probably be for the back patio and Mike already said he's done a bunch of those so you already know who we will be calling when that time comes! Thanks Mike for your professionalism and your help mounting my televisions. If you guys are looking for a dependable company with impeccable work, lol no further... read more

Mike is your guy.... and I'm definitely hooked for all of my media needs... thank you so much for your service! Follow up service! Had Mike do 4 TVs in our new home and they couldn't have done a better job. The in wall wiring was super clean and there were absolutely no short cuts. Two things I really liked about Mike: 1) Compared to others, his quote was not just very detailed but also reasonable and consistent to the actual work. If a TV was easier to install, it was reflected in the price instead of just spouting a flat fee. His prices for the actual mounts were also very reasonable. Others were charging an arm and a leg for mounts and hdmi cables I could find on monoprice for 70% less. Let's face it, a mount either keeps the TV on the wall or it doesn't. So unless you're doing pull-ups any decent mount should do as long as your installer is legit. 2) During the install, he exhibited extreme attention to detail. He asked if furniture would be under the TVs to ensure proper space was underneath while maintaining decent viewing angles. He also did a painters tape mockup of the mounting location so you could see where the TV would be once finally mounted. For the TV above our fireplace (a Samsung Frame TV), he was proactively mindful of routing the cable away from the fireplace heating element and also the sensitive nature of Samsung's proprietary AV cable. I've had installers do AV work at two prior properties and Mike was probably the best. Will definitely be reaching out again for our other TVs and sound system. Thanks! read more

Would recommend very professional and very reliable service don't hesitate to do business with.

Scheduled them to mount a couple of monitors with in-wall signal, network, and power cabling. During installation, it was discovered that one monitor was delivered damaged. They installed the good monitor and came back at a later date to install the replacement. Good communication and service. There was a minor service fee for the credit card payment, but that is acceptable for a small business. Also, not being charged for a second trip charge was a plus. read more
