The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this TV Installation Services. Based on their…read morecustomer service alone, I would not recommend them. When I initially asked if they could come on a specific day, I was told that the date worked. Later, I received a call from a different, private number asking if they could come that same day instead. Although this was only a few hours' notice, I accommodated the change and was told the technician would arrive by 6:00 PM. When no one had arrived by 6:17 PM, I called the original number to ask for an update. The man who answered, who never identified himself, sounded irritated by my question. He said they were running late and that he would check with the team. He eventually called back and informed me that the technician would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 PM. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process. If the technician was running late, why couldn't they contact me directly to let me know? Instead, I had to call them for an update, only to receive a significantly later arrival window. When I asked for the technician's name, I was told it was Sam. The person on the phone also seemed annoyed when I asked for his name. At that point, I decided to cancel the service. I called back and explained that the last-minute changes, lack of communication, and overall unprofessional handling of the situation had made me uncomfortable moving forward. Rather than responding professionally, the man on the phone seemed unhappy and abruptly hung up without even saying goodbye. I ultimately cannot comment on the quality of their actual work because I never received their services. However, the customer service experience was enough to make me reconsider hiring them. Clear communication, punctuality, and basic courtesy are the bare minimum when running a business, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value professionalism, reliable communication, and respectful customer service.
