Additionally, when inserting a VHS tape, it would get stuck and require a strong push to insert. I took the TV to TV Chris, a nearby store, and he immediately identified the problem. I left the TV with him, and he kept me updated on its progress. The TV is now working perfectly and sounds great. The VHS tapes insert effortlessly! I'm so grateful that this business exists.

What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable.
