Amazingly responsive. The guy I hired previously bailed on me last minute (went to him because he had more reviews... as the old saying goes cant judge a book by its cover). Reached out to a few places last minute and Happy Modern Homes was able to quote, schedule, and accommodate us that same day for a TV mounting in less than 20 minutes. Anyssa who was assigned to us that day was thoughtful and prompt, she even called us just because she was running 10 minutes late, which I thought was an amazing touch to communication and customer satisfaction. When she got here, quick as a hare and did all the measurements, drilling, and assembly in no time at all. Very easy to talk to and work with since I helped her mount my 75inch. Definitely would have taken me several hours just to do the measurements alone.. Worth the price and happy with the service!
I was looking to get my two TVs installed and i came across an add on facebook , i messaged John to get information on the price and yesterday i messaged him to set up an appointment. Super easy and the price is fair, they offer me two packages the VIP and the basic, I purchased the VIP that's include *Lights(changes colors, looks modern) *Plastic Cord Cover (makes the wires look much cleaner) *Tilting Mounting Bracket Labor for everything and their Technician Anyssa May was professional and she knows what she is doing I got what I was expecting. Thank you I highly recommend them to friend and family.
I'm a very picky person. I like things in my home a certain way. John made this transaction less stressful and easy. When researching for cameras I got loss in the amount of information that's out there. But the AMAZING part of hiring john was that HE had all the knowledge needed to have the best of the best cameras installed. John's install itself, was CLEAN no wires sticking out everywhere, no holes ruining the look of my home. EVERY WORRY that went thru my head john had it covered and found a solution to all of my concerns during the walk thru. And the biggest Plus my little dog was treated with such respect! I would definitely recommend John to anyone looking for surveillance cameras. Last but not least you cannot beat the price!

Bill responded very fast and answered the questions I had and had me booked with John for the very next day! John came, unmounted my old tv and shelf, and then mounted the huge tv BEAUTIFULLY. I seriously am so pleased with how beautiful the TV looks. I couldn't believe my eyes! It doesnt budge an inch! I was scared at first since it was so huge but John definitely knew what he was doing!

A friend of mine hired this company back in December to mount their 75" TV and I was impressed so I knew then that I would want to hire them. John, (the owner) mounted our 75" TV in the living room and 55" TV in the bedroom and they look perfect! His prices are reasonable and it was easy to make an appointment. Received a quote and confirmation of installation for the same day. Anyssa was professional, friendly and finished the installation in less than 45 minutes. She went over the product and provided detailed explanation on all aspect of operations. She also asked if I had any question at the end. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend and use their services again.
I contacted Modern Homes Monday morning for a quote and Anessa (tech) was there by 1:30pm the same day .She was professional friendly and all about her business. A true Boss B !!! She knows her work. Will definitely recommend modern Homes to family and friends.

I needed 3 TVs mounted in my home. I wanted the TVs mounted without showing any wires/cords. John responded very quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. He advised me that he will have someone over to the house around 11am-12pm, which worked out best for me. The Installation Tech, Elmer called me at 11:30 stated that he was in front of my house. He was very professional and asked where I needed my tvs mounted. He gave me several options before he started to drill, cut the dry wall and mount the tv's. He was quick with the work. The work is phenomenal! There were a few fire walls that Elmer had to cut through but the work is super clean. Couldn't ask for a better company/Installation Tech to do the work! I definitely will use Happy Modern Homes again and recommend their work. FYI I contacted other companies and they would charge you an arm and leg to do what I got done. read more

We had 2 TVs mounted, one in the Living Rm and one in the Bed Rm. The installer changed the appointment time twice, no problem. We had the living room TV mounted above the fireplace. The installer found our home neat and clean when he arrived. The mantle below the TV was covered with debris left behind after drilling holes in the wall. In addition to the dust, there were zip ties left on the mantle and the floor, screws from the TV base were left on our sofa. The plastic wrapping from materials used left on our coffee table, floor and in our bedroom. I may be oldschool, when contractors do work in my house, they should make sure the space looks as good or better when the job is complete. Never have I ever- had a contractor leave behind such a mess. I suggest this company and its installers invest in drop clothes and a dust buster to clean up after themselves. Will I use their services again? NO! Will I recommend them to family and friends? NO! Overall, after I cleaned up my living room and bedroom after the installer left, I was satisfied with the TV mounting. This experience leaves me with two thoughts, 1. The installer doesn't know better. And 2, because we don't live in Beverly Hills it's not as important to make sure our home is left clean and in order. A friend of mine hired this company back in December to mount their 75" TV and I was impressed so I knew then that I would want to hire them. Where do I begin? I 100% recommend them! We got 3 Tv's installed. From the beginning to getting an inquiry, to having them come and install the Tv's and provide excellent service and leave everything looking amazing! The packages they have are incredibly affordable and not to mention the QUALITY WORK they do. No Doubt recommend them we had 2 different people come since we got the service 2 different days. Anyssa & Elmor are the BEST! Elmor with his great personality and always professional and Anyssa a strong women and really organized and clean! They are both great people that represent this company. What can I say, I'm very happy with the quick response time from Happy Modern Homes. They came out the very next day. Originally I only needed the wires hidden for 1 tv and once Elmer (tech) should up, I mentioned I had another tv I wanted mounted and the wires hidden he was able to do it the same day. John was fantastic to work with. We recently had 4 security cameras installed at my mother in laws home, and even after, John kept in contact to make sure we were satisfied with the work and cameras. One of the cameras needed adjusting due to the type of camera we requested, and the lighting in that location. John continued to check in, and promptly came back out to adjust. We feel so much better being able to check my mother in laws cameras at any time on our phones, and she loves being able to view all camera locations on her phone as well.
