We had a fantastic experience working with Tim for our security camera installation. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Tim truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that we felt confident using the system once the job was complete. The contractors worked quickly and efficiently. The final result looks clean, organized, and professionally done. All of the cabling was run neatly, the routers were set up properly, and the six cameras were installed for full coverage of the front, back, and sides of the property. Everything works perfectly. The company also gave us the flexibility to choose our own security equipment. We used Ubiquiti, which is a system that was recommended by my IT coworker, and Tim had no problem installing it, running the cables, and integrating it with our network. It was great to work with a company that is knowledgeable and adaptable. Tim was very patient and thorough at explaining how to use the equipment and apps. I am not very tech-savvy, but he took the time to walk me through the setup and make sure I felt comfortable using the system. He did not rush through anything and answered all of my questions. The whole process of assessment, proposals, planning, installation, and support was a great experience. Our existing and old, ADT and Ring systems were out of date and not giving us a sense of security, especially with the increasing incidents in our area. Tim and his team set us up with the current ADT system (i.e. Door Sensors, Window Shock Sensors, New Panel, Apps, etc.) and High Resolution security cameras covering our entire house. Immediately after the install, I felt more secure at home and when leaving the house. The ADT App to arm the house is easy, just click on a button on your phone. The App for viewing the cameras are great. The floodlight and spotlight cameras are placed in such a way that all sides of the house are covered and very well lit.
