Installed the Swivel tv mount with custom soundbar mounting. Set up Ruckus wireless system Set up Google nest thermostat SERVICE: (TV) Ryan did an amazing job mounting both our TVs and soundbar. When I first contacted him I was pretty confused about the type of swivel mount I needed to mount my 65" tv, I sent him some links I saw on best buy and he informed me that those mounts were too expensive and he was able to provide one to me for much cheaper. (Soundbar) We wanted to mount our soundbar separately from our tv and Ryan ended up doing a custom mount and it turned out beautifully, we're super satisfied with the precision and cleanliness of his work. (Ruckus wireless system) We recently moved into a newly built house and the house came with Ruckus wireless access points. Ryan was able to help us figure out the network and spent quite some time organizing the wires for our smart box. OVERALL: Super satisfied with Ryan's service, he was professional and did an amazing job. He was incredibly fair with his pricing and we're so happy we found him!! I needed security camera installation and some help and recommendations with Google Nest and Ryan really helped me out. Prior to me finding Ryan on Yelp I did the following things: -purchase Google Nest IQ Outdoor Cameras and door sensors -hire an electrician to install all weather, outdoor electrical outlets After contacting Ryan, he indicated I would need to: -purchase Nest Secure Alarm System -purchase Google Nest Home Hub I'm really happy with Ryan's services. The old house I'm in had a Brinks system and some hardware was left behind. We added IntelligentHome previously ran by Spectrum but need to eventually remove their hardware. Ryan removed 6 sensors when putting up Nest sensors which aren't exactly firing right now but I know I got to play with them a little. Eventually, I need to remove 3 IntelligentHome cameras and install 2 more Nest cameras but I'm confident I will call Ryan again. I have been meaning to submit my review for a while but I really wanted to do Ryan justice & take my time to give him & his services the review he deserves. Recently I had Ryan come out and install 4 solar Ring stick up camera & a Ring doorbell plus replace 3 wired flood lights & a solar flood light. 1) Communication. With Ryan, communication was key. Initially, he was on vacation when I contacted him but once I emailed him, he was able to provide a quote quickly and most importantly, it was accurate and more than a fair price. 2) Service. Ryan took the time to come out to walk around my property and throughly assess my project prior to scheduling the job. He made great suggestions and most importantly, he was very open to my requests and needs. 3) Time. When Ryan arrived, he began working immediately and continuously throughout the day. Before leaving, he tested the set up and made sure any tweaks I wanted was adjusted to my liking. 4) Follow up! Now this is what separates the good businesses from the BEST businesses. Ryan made sure to follow up with me to make sure each camera & set up were working properly. Low and behold, the sensitivity of 1 flood light was off. Ryan made time during the week to adjust the light and ofcourse, followed up with me again. This time all was perfect. My wife and I have had Ryan over to install several things over the past few years. He has installed two flat screen t.v.'s (one in the living room, one in the guest bedroom), an outdoor speaker, and most recently, a Ring camera system. The television in the living room looks and sounds great, as Ryan also installed a "surround sound bar" to the bottom of the t.v. It's like we have our own private movie theater!! The outdoor speaker has enhanced our outdoor t.v. and stereo as well. The Ring system has helped put my wife at ease and given us a better sense of security. I reached out to Ryan looking for AV installation in 3 separate areas in my home. Ryan came out to do a consultation quickly. He seemed very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Based on the many great reviews on yelp and a great first impression, I really wanted to go with him for the job. After some back and forth, I got a quote from him that was a few thousand dollars more than a competitor with almost the same build specs. But I still wanted to go w/ him based on that great first impression. We were able to agree on a middle ground between the two prices. Again, I was willing to pay more to go w/ someone who had such good reviews on Yelp. After not hearing from him for a day, I received a text from him late at night saying that he had changed his mind and will no longer honor our previous agreement. He said that he wouldn't make as much of a profit on the already agreed upon price. So I'm left with either accepting the original price ( a few thousand dollars more than the competitor ), or go lower on the quality of my build. I had already turned down my other option, and am now left with searching for a new contractor. This was the most unprofessional behavior in a contractor that I've ever come across. I also noticed that many of the items on his quote were marked up from retail prices. I am still giving him a 2 Star review as he was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. And based on other's reviews on Yelp, he seemed to do quality work. Just beware that you might be paying 20% more for it. read more

Society has lost its mind so it was time to add more cameras. As per usual I relied on yelp! I contacted a few local companies and Ryan's has the best reviews AND the best prices. COVID compliant- mask and excellent hand hygiene! Five stars for the amazing service but also because this poor man was out here at my home in 100+ degree weather. I don't know if any of y'all have been in an attic crawl space during the summer but it gets hot enough to peel your skin off! Ryan got her early and got straight to work. He entered the sauna aka attic space, no problem. My house has a very unique design and he was able to troubleshoot all hiccups. He installed eight cameras and wired it all professionally and set it all up for me. He even cleaned up any and all mess he may have caused! So all in all this was the best decision. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan Rutherford to handle your home wi-fi, home security, and audio/video needs. He is very responsive, polite, professional, comprehensive, and transparent. We needed to replace our doorbell, upgrade our home audio intercom system, and install outdoor video cameras, but we did not know where to start. Ryan provided a thorough in-home consultation where he reviewed our current systems and walked us through our various options, never pressuring us to choose any particular item. During our consultation we explained our current spotty wi-fi situation, and he explained that an upgraded mesh wi-fi system would greatly improve our wi-fi throughout the house. Within a few days, he provided us with estimates for the mesh wi-fi system, a new audio intercom sound system, the Ring video doorbell and cameras, and a different type of video doorbell system. His quoted prices were very reasonable, and we hired him. Ryan spent an entire day installing and testing the new wi-fi system, installing the Ring indoor and outdoor cameras, and replacing our old, non-functioning video intercom doorbell with the Ring video doorbell. He was diligent in searching and finding our existing power source for the video doorbell, so that he could use the existing wiring for our new doorbell.
