I reached out to Diko on the recommendation of my parents. I mean if they use him, he must be the best. Even though my expectations were exceptionally high, he somehow managed to surpass them. First off, the system he installed is one of a kind - it looks like an iPad and its functionality is beyond what I knew what even possible. Of course I'm not exactly looking for it when I go to friends houses... but I haven't seen a system like this anywhere else. I have the option to control it from my phone or from a clicker, in addition to from the main iPad system at the entry way & garage. System features - 1) It has 2 alarm options (stay & away), 2) I'm able to bypass any entry point in the house - ie. I can turn on the alarm but keep it off for the garage if someone is stopping by the house to drop something off, and 3) he provided me with 2 alarm codes - one for myself and one for tenants (if I were to get any). Second of all - his prices were extremely reasonable and below that of his competitors who offered systems that were not comparable in quality. He is also insanely nice and very willing to work with you to ensure that you are getting nothing but the best service from him and his company. My alarm system suddenly stopped working, and it was a fiasco dealing with the alarm company I had. After many days a tech finally came to my house. He was unable to troubleshoot the problem, and I was left with an inoperable system and no solutions. Fortunately I mentioned my alarm problem to a friend of mine, and he referred me to Tiko, the owner of Alarm Connection Plus. My friend told me Tiko would take care of me, and he sure did! Tiko came to my house, and he actually listened to my concerns and what I wanted. I knew it was time to upgrade the alarm, and I also wanted surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the house. Tiko made recommendations, and he came up with a custom plan specifically for my home and my needs.....including sensors on all doors/windows, motion sensors, and glass breakage sensors. Tiko, and two of his guys (Art and Jack), spent 2 full days doing the installation. They were very neat and tidy and even wore paper booties in the house to protect my floors! I am sooooo HAPPY with my new alarm system (monitored 24/7), and I LOVE my security cameras. I can watch in "live time" from a large TV screen in the house as well as view on my iPhone.
