I have been working with Alarm Connection for over 7 years. The customer service team is #1 and responds to inquires quickly. The local office as well as the national monitoring service loses no time getting in touch with me when the alarm is triggered which gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing that my home is very secure. Recently my system prompted me that batteries were low in two separate areas of the home. Before I could even do anything about it, the local office quickly came to my home to replace parts and conduct a quick unit inspection to ensure everything was running smoothly. I have no doubt we are in great hands with Alarm Connection Plus and I highly recommend their high value systems and reasonably priced monitoring service if you are in the market for home protection. read more

I reached out to Diko on the recommendation of my parents. I mean if they use him, he must be the best. Even though my expectations were exceptionally high, he somehow managed to surpass them. First off, the system he installed is one of a kind - it looks like an iPad and its functionality is beyond what I knew what even possible. Of course I'm not exactly looking for it when I go to friends houses... but I haven't seen a system like this anywhere else. I have the option to control it from my phone or from a clicker, in addition to from the main iPad system at the entry way & garage. System features - 1) It has 2 alarm options (stay & away), 2) I'm able to bypass any entry point in the house - ie. I can turn on the alarm but keep it off for the garage if someone is stopping by the house to drop something off, and 3) he provided me with 2 alarm codes - one for myself and one for tenants (if I were to get any). Second of all - his prices were extremely reasonable and below that of his competitors who offered systems that were not comparable in quality. He is also insanely nice and very willing to work with you to ensure that you are getting nothing but the best service from him and his company. I will be using him for every house that I ever live in or own. read more

My alarm system suddenly stopped working, and it was a fiasco dealing with the alarm company I had. After many days a tech finally came to my house. He was unable to troubleshoot the problem, and I was left with an inoperable system and no solutions. Fortunately I mentioned my alarm problem to a friend of mine, and he referred me to Tiko, the owner of Alarm Connection Plus. My friend told me Tiko would take care of me, and he sure did! Tiko came to my house, and he actually listened to my concerns and what I wanted. I knew it was time to upgrade the alarm, and I also wanted surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the house. Tiko made recommendations, and he came up with a custom plan specifically for my home and my needs.....including sensors on all doors/windows, motion sensors, and glass breakage sensors. Tiko, and two of his guys (Art and Jack), spent 2 full days doing the installation. They were very neat and tidy and even wore paper booties in the house to protect my floors! I am sooooo HAPPY with my new alarm system (monitored 24/7), and I LOVE my security cameras. I can watch in "live time" from a large TV screen in the house as well as view on my iPhone. I feel very safe and protected. Tiko followed up with me many times, after the installation, to make sure everything was working and I was satisfied. It is comforting to know Tiko responds very quickly to text messages and really cares about his customers. He is super patient, and I highly recommend Tiko for any alarm and security camera needs. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He provides top notch customer service! Give Tiko a call.....you won't be disappointed. read more

The owner, Tiko, is amazing. I had always balked at the idea of an alarm system as I thought it would be too restrictive and inconvenient. But Tiko met with me first to determine my needs and preferences and designed a system to my liking. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. He takes great pride in his work and is a perfectionist. As he finished up, his wife came to set up my phone, etc; then they both made sure I was completely confident in how to use the system. The monthly cost is minimal. The one time I did have a question, he answered my call immediately and followed through to make sure I was taken care of. read more

Tiko is a true gem. What a kind man. I received his number after searching for someone to help me with the alarm system I inherited in my new home and he was able to come by just a few hours later. From the moment he walked in, I already got a good vibe from him and he only continued to exceed my expectations thereafter. He helped me figure out a way into the system to set my own master code and had an answer for any issue we ran into along the way. He is thorough, generous and truly cares. The BEST in every aspect! I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from this company. I can not say enough about the owner of the company, nothing less then exceptional. The good nature of his personality, wealth of knowledge from the many years of experience and his pride and passion in what he did, made a world of difference. His staff was no exception...such wonderful people. I've been with other large alarm companies before, but Alarm Connection Plus provided everything I wanted and beyond. I contacted Alarm Connection because they were highly recommended by another customer, I wish I had made the change years ago. The owner took the time to explain and go over everything. After the work was done, my house looked as if it was untouched...not one wire showing...not a speck of dust left. Afterwards, he took the time again to go over everything and answer any questions left unanswered. It truly felt that he cared and wanted to customize the system for my property and my individual needs. I would of went with them just for their incredible service, but their price was also unbeatable compared to numerous other companies I had contacted before them. I am truly not one that does reviews, but I could not pass on the opportunity to express my gratitude. Truly, if looking for an alarm company, no need to search anywhere else...you will not be disappointed! read more
