Instead of a professional explanation, I was met with attitude and defensiveness. OMG! This company is awesome. I was instructed by my employer to get 5 estimates for security cameras for a small commercial property. I had the pleasure of communicating via phone and text with Rey. He was very prompt & patient at responding and providing answers to my MANY questions. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. In 2018/2019 We had HM Security install our ADT, a month later we had many malfunctions with the sensors, no one would return our call for service. I filed a complaint with the BBB, no reply. In 2020, we moved and went with Blue system with ADT. Rey Zendejas called and indicated he would have a technician come and hook up our new service if I removed the negative comment from BBB because he was trying to rebuild. No problem, I did. However, he failed to deliver. I am posting today in 2021, because not only would I not recommend HM Security, I would not recommend ADT service. read more

His tech installed cameras for me 2 years ago and i wanted to upgrade, so after so many calls and texting i finally was able to get an appointment so they can come out and install the new ones.. I took a day off to wait for his tech to come out and do the job... That day, it rained alittle...Rey did not have the courtesy to call or text me and let me know that his tech was not coming..
