When I finally got there, Mike tested the speaker and told me there was actually nothing wrong with it. What really impressed me was his honesty. I had already taken it to another place, and their solution was simply to buy a new speaker. To top it off, he didn't even want to charge me for inspecting it. That's the kind of integrity that's hard to find these days. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!

What he didn't mention, was that he would have to delete ALL keys already programmed to my vehicle and reprogram ALL remotes again and charge me full price for each remote. I checked with another Locksmith (Gio Keys) and he confirmed that ALL keys do have to be deleted and reprogrammed, but it was included with the reprogramming, as it only took an extra 2 minutes for each additional key. A1 Locksmith tried to take advantage of the situation to make some extra cash for a minute or two of his time‍, just to sit there while the machine did the work!

At the end I left with a new key for the ignition, doors, and trunk, as well as a spare that will work the doors and my original key that can still work with the ignition.
