They quoted me $275, but when the technician arrived, he realized the job actually involved installing a new bathroom fan/light combo (which needed proper ventilation out of the house), not just replacing an existing one. They suddenly raised the quote to $600 on the spot, which was really frustrating and stressful. After asking for a refund, I called New Electronics Communications the same day -- and to my amazement, they were able to schedule me immediately! The technician arrived right on time, was professional, polite, and very clean with his work. He did the installation exactly how I wanted it, for only $350, and everything looks and works perfectly. They not only saved me a ton of time and money but also spared me so much stress -- especially since I had already taken my dogs to daycare, expecting the job to get done that day. I'm just really grateful for their responsiveness, honesty, and quality work. If you're looking for reliable, fair, and fast electrical work, don't hesitate -- call New Electronics Communications!

We were looking around for a security camera installer and stumbled upon their fantastic reviews on Yelp and Google and they did not disappoint! I gave them a call and they came the same following week! We had 8 CCTV cameras installed, and the quality of both the equipment and the installation is high quality and truly top-notch. What impressed me most was the speed and professionalism. They got all 8 cameras installed and set up within 4 hours!! The last place that did my installation took almost a week to complete lol. Pricing is fair, you get what you pay for! Bobby handled our install, and he was absolutely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Our company was experiencing some real hardships with the previous alarm company (who will go…read moreunnamed). Everything from the contract term and renewal to the quality of service to the monitoring costs for the fire and burglary services. We went looking for a better all-in-one option and contacted several companies: JMG, ADT, Everon, SSD Systems and Viviant. It wasn't until I spoke with Ian Pfitzer-Ortiz in their commercial sales department that I really started to find a solution. Ian came out to the office and did a thorough inspection, learned that we had an existing system that we owned - so theoretically should have been an easy take over from the previous company. However, easy it was not. The control panel had several "lock out codes" from the previous company - preventing it from properly communicating with the central station. Then the mobile application wasn't notifying management of events (arms, disarms, troubles and alarms), like it had previously. We contacted the Bay Alarm service department and they were unable to resolve the issue over the phone. So, they sent service technician Freddy Medina to troubleshoot on site. He got on the phone with his programming department and they explored multiple theories of why the system wasn't properly working. At the end of the day, after teleconferencing with the panel's manufacturer and the previous alarm company, Freddy and his service team were able to resolve the issue. Everything is working properly and Bay Alarm did what was needed to find a solution. It means a lot when a company goes the extra mile to fix a problem that they didn't create - just to ensure customer satisfaction! Thank you Ian for taking the time to properly represent Bay Alarm and their services and thank you Freddy, for being the face of the customer service for Bay Alarm - with the patience and tenacity to get the job done right! Now, Bay Alarm services our burglary alarm system and when our contract with the "other" company is up in December - they will take over that system too. Kudos to the Orange County Sales and Service team for a job well done! We recommend Bay Alarm for all your residential and commercial security needs. (No, I was not compensated for this review. We just believe in passing along good news and good companies when they do the right thing!) They even have the right company colors! :)

We had also advised that some interior alarms did not announce in several units during an event and asked for them to come up with a solution to repair the issue. Nothing was ever resolved with nor did they provide any follow up response / solution. Also, they're unaware of the password for the panel to even work on it. So their only solution is to replace their panel with a new one. It is not recommend to use this particular location or even the company if this is how they handle a multi unit complex. We have no confidence at all and if zero stars could be given, then that would be their rating.

I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.
