Le was great!! he's located not far from me, so I was able to respond and get to my place within an hour! I will definitely use him for any other Handyman needs that arise. He worked quickly, was friendly, made sure to clean up after himself, and even threw in cord covers just to make sure everything looked perfect before he left. He adjusted the leveling on the TV mount multiple times due to the floor being uneven. I wouldn't have even noticed it at first, but he pointed it out and made sure to level the TV with the floor so that it looked even with the cabinet below it. He charged less than most of the other services I contacted, but didn't compromise any of the quality. Like I said, definitely will use him for my next project! read more

What a great experience with Le Handyman!!! I had a basic need, I just needed one TV mounted on my wall, my days of doing it myself are over lol. I did the Yelp quote deal and Trung ( owner) was 50% cheaper than the other four companies that responded. He didn't ask me tons of questions like the others, what I needed he was able to do. Trung was incredible - not only was he able to accommodate my hectic schedule, he was friendly, helpful with his consultation saving me thousands of dollars and worked quickly and efficiently installing a 75" tv outdoors. The mount I had bought wasn't strong enough and had a ton of drift, so he quickly replaced it with a two arm mount he had in his car and then packaged up the original mount for me to be returned. I purchased a new 65 inch tv to replace my previously mounted 55 tv. I called on a Saturday when i realized that the old mount wouldn't work with the new tv. He was luckily already in the area and had the necessary mount with him. He arrived early and wore booties in the house. He was very careful, quick and the results are great! Contacted Trung Le via Yelp app, and got a response and quote quickly. Install was done quickly and pretty much perfect. Trung knows what he is doing, and you can tell with the accuracy and speed that he has experienced installing large screen TVs. I had him install a 75" TV which was purchased from Costco. Pros : - easy to communicate and will get back to you within an hour. - expert at what he does. - fee is standard rate compare to other installers, but still lower than Geeksquad pricing. - arrived earlier than expected and contacted me via DM to let me know if he could show up earlier. - had all the tools ready and cleaned up after the job. Cons : - communication via DM has its benefits and negatives. One of which was planning which day for the install. Because Trung is an efficient installer, he wants to optimize his installation route. I gathered that his abruptness in the text that he didn't want to straight out say he can't do the job at a certain day without offending me, but if you ask an open ended question, you may expect something indirect. Be specific and ask specific questions. This is a minor thing so I'm not going to dock a Star. I would recommend Trung to install future electronic devices. read more

Trung was responsive from the go and was able to install my brand new 85" Samsung 4K TV within the same day that I requested installation! I messaged him on a Friday and the original appointment that he said he accommodate me was 2 days later on Sunday; however, he was able to move up my appointment within the same day. He was very friendly, thorough and quick! He ensures that everything is installed properly and safely. He uncovered that our previous installer did not even install the older TV mount into any studs on the wall! We were at risk of having our older and much heavier flatscreen from 20 years ago fall on us and possibly kill us! Trung installed a brand new TV mount for our new TV and everything looks great. I consider myself to be reasonably handy, so when I decided to install a Ring Video Doorbell Pro in addition to the 5 other Ring devices I had already installed, I figured it would be a piece of cake. It seemed so easy: remove the doorbell, connect the two wires to the Ring, and VOILA! Nope. It turns out my house has an intercom system that routes the wiring differently to the doorbell. I couldn't figure it out, Ring customer support sent me another video doorbell thinking that it was a hardware issue. Finally at my wit's end and with the distinct likelihood that I would short circuit something expensive in the house and/or electrocute myself, I sent out a request for assistance on Yelp and Trung messaged back very quickly. I like that he tried to help me solve the issue myself, but after I sent him a couple pictures of my intercom system torn out of the wall and the various transformers I had installed to try to fix the issue, he immediately knew that I was in wayyyyyyy over my head. Fast forward to today, and he was super punctual and communicated via text great for when he would arrive. A couple hours later, he took the most elegant, simple route (which didn't involve breaking into the walls), working very neatly, and I finally have a working freaking video doorbell!!! I wanted to work with someone and strategize with someone before a tool kit came out into the open. I wanted to brainstorm about a doorbell camera, not just get one cuz everyone has them. We had discussed bumping up my WiFi and he had Eero's in stock/on hand. Boom everything is wicked fast now. Three stories here with an Eero puck/router on each floor. He BEAUTIFULLY re-mounted my Samsung Frame, encouraged my instinct to go Sonos soundbar & a Sonos mini-sub-woofer. He helped me re-synch my Sonos One SL speakers and double checked all his work. I also want to compliment Luis on his dry wall work; always a gnarly option, you never know how that's going to go. We had to do a lot of surgery to get this look - NO wires visible. We opened a couple holes and a channel, he had the right drywall saw and did fine work. Luis offered shoe covers upon arrival and cleaned up after himself with his own broom/dustpan. He also didn't pack up his stuff and dart out as soon as he could, he walked me through the new apps, made sure The Frame was synched and ran performance tests to make sure everything was just right. I'm super thrilled with the state of things around here tonight and will definitely have Luis back for more work in the future! Look at how perfect this hang is; he used two kinds of levels, knew where studs & joists were and wasn't satisfied until we were both satisfied. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. Frank is very courteous and is very patient with the setup and the troubles that I been experiencing due to internet and power issues at our location. He truly has gone above and beyond and helped us troubleshoot and find the source of the troubles we are having, even if his company does not provide the solution, he is able to figure out where the issue lies so that we can call in the correct vendor or find a different service provider with more consistent service and higher speed. He also understands sense of urgency and customer service when we have had to obtain video without the ability to do so remotely. Thank you Frank; you are truly an asset to Bay Alarm. Very poor service request handling. Our fire panel has had an error(s) message for months and they…read morenever resolved or cleared the issue. We had also advised that some interior alarms did not announce in several units during an event and asked for them to come up with a solution to repair the issue. Nothing was ever resolved with nor did they provide any follow up response / solution. Also, they're unaware of the password for the panel to even work on it. So their only solution is to replace their panel with a new one. It is not recommend to use this particular location or even the company if this is how they handle a multi unit complex. We have no confidence at all and if zero stars could be given, then that would be their rating.

They have experience with all platforms especially the ubiquiti system i chose. They were willing to educate me and walk me through exactly how everything would be done. I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.
