They replaced exterior lighting and installed a touchpad that was connected to an app. The came out and reviewed our needs and provided a written estimate with different options. The installation did take a few hours, but it was done professionally. The quality of the work was very high. We did need one adjustment after the installation, but the owner came out and adjusted the lights to our satisfaction. Early Friday the day after the 4th of July, our internet was down. I called and Andrew picked up. Even though they were closed for the holiday, he reached out to one of his team. Kwang showed up a few hours later troubleshot a defective Unifi Router and replaced it with a better one that is a quarter the size (in pic its circled in red. The green area had the old router in it). He also identified 3 non-functioning wifi access points. Scheduled to come back out and swap all seven into the newest model access points. We recently switched to google fiber for our house and although wifi is working great we lost all Ethernet connection from the wall. I tried to contact google fiber and they said this is not their issue and I have to go to a third party to fix it. I purchased and had ChapTech IT install a new AV system with RF remote. Andrew and Kwang was very helpful and professional and their pricing was competitive. As well as doing a great job with the install, Kwang was exceptional for coming to do the initial estimate where he even went under the house to see if it would be possible to run the new wiring without having to put a lot of new holes in the walls or ceiling. There were some issues in programming the RF remote but though it took a few fixes, they took care of the issues.
