I was in the market for a security camera system. I called several locations, and finally found Protection4Less. Sergio was very e as sy to deal with. I explained what and why I needed it. I was able to book an appointment the same day. Sergio came out and we went over in detaSeril of exactly what the process would be. His price was very reasonable and quality was 5 star. Within a day or two I had a brand new security camera system. The cameras are great, I especially like the night vision on these cameras. Work was done quickly, and they were very clean. Sergio was great during the process, and has always helped me out with any issues I've come across. Glad I did business with Protection4Less, and will definitely recommend. I was having trouble with my security camera system and Sergio patiently troubleshooted, trying every alternative to rule out potential issues. He was very professional and kind, explaining to me each step of the way what he was testing and what to expect if everything was working normally. This is by far the best camera system I've owned and even when compared to my other friends' camera systems, Sergio's system is leaps and bounds better. I have been and will continue recommending Sergio to my friends and family. read more

Sergio and his son did a great job installing 4 camera system for my small business. I would recommend them.

We, St. Matthias Episcopal Church in Whittier, hired protection4less to install 4 security cameras in our facility. We had three installed indoors and one outside facing our alley and parking lot. We could not be any happier with the service provided and the quality equipment that was installed. Sergio and his assistant were very professional and worked very efficiently to get the installation completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done and high quality equipment installed. Stan Jamieson - Senior Wsrden read more

I use this company in both my Ontario warehouse and Montclair warehouse. The surveillance system run stable for the whole year in my Ontario warehouse. I just finish the installation in Montclair and I though they finish the work fast and quote me in a good price. I can also check the surveillance camera in my cellphone when I am not in office. This is a long overdue review. We hired Protection4less about 5 years ago to install 4 cameras in our home. The quality of the hardware they use is commercial grade and very high end. Not cheap plastic materials. The camera system worked great the entire time. The installation of the cameras and system was impeccable. Very clean and professional. They didn't leave any hanging cables and everything was neat and sleek. We recently rehired this company to upgrade our system and add 4 additional cameras for a total of 8 now. Their pricing was not the cheapest, but reasonably within other bids. The main point is their value. I knew I was getting high grade quality equipment, great installation, top customer service. Sergio is very professional and has excellent follow up. I didn't want to risk inferior service to save a few bucks. It's not worth the time, hassle and stress. I've recommended them to family members as well. read more

On 4/8/16 I scheduled to get my surveillance system installed. It was a gloomy day with rain off an on. I was surprised that Sergio and his crew still showed up and worked through the rain. He's a standup guy. Sergio and his crew did an AWESOME job in installing an 8 HD camera surveillance system. My regret was not purchasing the surveillance system through him. I would of avoided many headaches with customer service trying to figure out how the system worked. Sergio wasn't familiar with the Q-See system I have but he stuck with me and helped me out as much as he could. He did the wiring, it was clean and tight not loose or droopy. When positioning the cameras view he showed me on the screen and asked if it was ok, or if i wanted them higher lower. They are very nice guys, always hustling and very careful. I would definitely recommend Protection4Less to anyone and everyone. read more

We decided to install security cameras for our house as a security precaution. We contacted Protection4Less and Sergio came over to our house for an estimate. He was friendly over the phone and took the time to explain to us all the options and the best locations to place the cameras. He then provided us a detailed proposal. When we decided to go with him to do the work, he accommodated our schedule and arrived on Friday with his helper. They installed all the cameras for us in a day, including all the necessary wiring. He also helped to set up the security app on our phones. It was great working with Sergio and we would recommend his services to others. read more

I upgraded my cameras to the latest technology and I am also very happy to see the results. Thank you Sergio and Celso for keeping my family safe. I truly recommend their service. Sergio installed a 6-camera system for me at my 4-plex rental property in Culver City 2 years ago. He was very nice to work with and stuck with me until the job was up and running perfectly. The only thing that went wrong was that the unit where I installed the equipment, the tenant had Apple Airport router and he was not familiar with how to get it working for remote operation. He was (at that time) only familiar with PC routers. He said that he was in training to update his techs on Apple equipment. The fact that I admire the most about him is his OUTSTANDING INTEGRITY because he not only send another tech to try and help me get remote access, but when that tech failed, he sent me a refund for the amount that I had to pay another tech (which I found on anglieslist) to come out and make that final connection, which only took the new tech about 10 to 16 minutes to do (and he wasn't cheap) Last week I tried to upgrade my system to Digital and went with a tech on craigslist (DISCOUNT SECURITY SYSTEMS, Alex Castro) who said he knew Apple Eqpipment, but he completed the job, got paid in full and took off; only for me to find out when I got home that there was no remote access. One week later, and a zillion phone calls (and texts) and he NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE or responds to my texts. I say this only to say to you how important it is to have someone who FOLLOWS-UP AFTER THE JOB IS DONE. Sergio did this and never complained. His price was very competitive and maybe even today he has been trained in Apple Equipment, but you can be sure his INTEGRITY IS IMPECCABLE and he did a very neat job. The only reason that I did not review him earlier is because I didn't want to give him a neutral or bad review and was undecided if it was really a good experience due to having to get a third party to finish the job. Not until I got ripped off last week did I really appreciate how honest Sergio really was to even pay me for my out-of-pocket expense when he couldn't make that last connection. He had already been paid in full and could have just ignored my calls (like this other guy), but he sent me a refund - INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I'D GIVE HIM 10 STARS IF I COULD. I'm ashamed that I didn't give him his due review sooner. read more

Sergio and his crew are top notch! Installed 10 HD cameras at my business and everything came out great! Very professional and a very clean install. I would highly recommend Protection4Less to anyone! read more

Approximately six weeks ago Sergio and his crew installed a 23 camera system for our home in Whittier. Sergio was very professional and all the work was installed on time. The quality of the cameras are amazing. The clarity when viewing the cameras from a home computer and/or on a telephone are crisp and clear. Two weeks ago various cars in our neighborhood were burglarized. I did not know how to download the actual images on a zip drive, so I called Sergio and he immediately came to my house and downloaded the images of the thief breaking into our car on the zip drive. Because of the crisp picture of the cameras the police informed us that they caught the thief. I highly recommend this company for any camera installation to your home or business! read more

Protection4Less is by far the best provider in surveillance systems. Our business need 11 cameras. We had quotes from some large and small players in the industry. Most were way out of the ballpark and were extremely slow in responding to our requests. Sergio came out immediately and gave us a quote. He's straight forward and he will not push to sell you more than you need. When it came down to installing the system the crew was on time and completed the job exactly as promised even making adjustments to the location of cameras when requested without hesitation. And Sergio was there every step of the way helping with the installation itself. When the job is done they don't disappear. The followup attention is something you don't experience with many companies. The quality of the product and the service we received will be remembered. I will, without a doubt use them in the future and solidly recommend them. read more

I hired Sergio and his team with Protection4Less to install two DVR's and 12 HD cameras at our place of business. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the equipment he recommended we install, but even happier with the quality of the work they did.The picture quality of the HD cameras are amazingly clear. Very wide view, with clear detailed image. Previous to this new system we had hired other companies to install surveillance systems, but the quality, and workmanship was not nearly as good as what we got from Protection4Less. They work very fast, and run clean lines thru out. Sergio is very knowledgeable, and answers all questions in a way we could understand regarding the equipment, and how it works. If your looking for good quality equipment and installation look to hire Protection4Less. I highly recommend them! I will be hiring them to install another system at my home in the next few months. Thank you Sergio for the nice professional work you provided. read more
