Pros: Immediate response when button or fall detection is triggered day or night. And I'm clumsy so they check in with me every few days. Cons: My pendants low battery has been replaced 3 times over the past year at a cost of $20 delivery fee each time to get my replacement. Website quotes 18 months, yet I've had to send the pendant back to them and get a replacement at least twice over my first year. Pendant has a 3V, not buttoncell type battery.
