Dean always promptly answers texts and emails and gives a quote on the job parameters. The tech shows up on time, they are knowledgeable, completed the tasks, and everything was perfect. Superior Network Upgrade and Expert Service by Digital Dragon I initially contacted Digital Dragon to resolve a frustrating deadzone in my home WiFi network. Dean recommended upgrading from 7 year old Wifi equipment to Ubiquiti equipment and suggested wall-mounting the access points for optimal signal distribution. His advice was invaluable. In addition to the Wifi Access Point placement, Dean also recommended to hardwire the APs directly to the primary router. This way there would be no loss in bandwidth. Dean provided a detailed quote that was very close to the final cost, with the total coming within 20% of his initial estimate. Dean's co-work Larry performed the installation. Larry has over 20 years of network cabling experience and showed up on time. He followed the guidance given to him by Dean and finished all of his work on schedule. The new Wifi7 access points have significantly enhanced the coverage in my home. All of the dead zones have been eliminated. I am getting super fast wifi connectivity in all of the rooms throughout the house. Digital Dragon also added an ethernet port to my gaming room and now all of my hard wired devices in that room (Gaming laptop and PC) can take full advantage of my Fiber internet connection (1,000MBps Up/Down speeds). I highly recommend Digital Dragon for anyone looking to boost their home network. Their commitment to delivering high-quality technical work, combined with excellent customer service, truly sets them apart. read more

Dean came to our business to upgrade our IT infrastructure. As an older company, we had continuously added to our systems over the years, and it was time to clean house and start fresh. Dean provided a fair quote and scheduled the work for a weekend to avoid disrupting our operations. After the upgrade, a mysterious issue arose on our network, which caused some connection problems. Dean went above and beyond to identify the problem and ensure it was resolved for the future. Second experience with Digital Dragon. We needed an extra cable from our front checkstand to be dropped into our kitchen area to connect a printer. Technician came and did a great job confirming with me each step on where to run lines and where to install plugs. Helped install the actual printer and test the networking to make sure his lines were well setup and ready for use. They are definitely my "goto" for extensive line work that I'm not able to do myself. Thank you for another great experience! Will reach out again! read more

My husband did the research and decided to choose Digital Dragon Technology to install updated cameras outside of our home. We had existing cameras that were poorly installed years ago by another company, and we decided it was time to replace them. Dean came out and evaluated the perimeter and gave us his recommendations. We decided to go with this company as he shared his experience and indicated that the process could start the next day. The job was completed, 6 cameras were installed, and they look great. Coverage is good. I even helped the tech program them on my phone after the 1st installation, and it was simple to do. When I evaluate a company, I consider service, truthfulness, attitude, availability, and, of course, pricing. Digital Dragon Technology exemplifies this character. Larry installed our cameras. I never experienced a person so excited about doing their job and pleasing the client. Overall, the pricing seems fair and reasonable, and I would recommend this company to my family and friends. read more

I wanted to hard wire my entertainment center, and to do so I needed to drill a hole on my wall so the cables reach the entertainment center. Dean consulted me over the phone, gave me a quote and explained to me what he would do. Rob came on time, and went straight to work. He was quick, thorough, and obviously knew what he was doing. I loved the professionalism and how He worked effectively and efficiently. There is no hidden fees and I paid what Dean quoted. I really appreciate the fact that there was no scare tactics to 'fix other problems' like some other companies might do. Definitely come back to them if I need another job done! read more

So happy we have strong wifi and 0 connectivity issues. Digital Draon Tech helped us when our own internet provider was unable to provide solutions. With COVID around mostly everyone is WFH, so having a reliable stable connection is extremely important. Our biggest issue was the poor wifi connection on the second floor as a remedy we purchased a mesh system; which did nothing, we still had a weak connection on the second floor. After some research we discovered we needed to run the internet lines upstairs so that we could connect via ethernet. How would we do that!?? After searching several platforms we came across a few different companies but ultimately decided to go with Digital Dragon because the owner, Dean, was very informative and took his time to provide alternatives. Dean was excellent in providing all the information we needed and answering all of our questions, even if they were silly. We ended up running the internet lines upstairs and installed an antenna for stronger wifi on the second floor. PROBLEM FIXED! Now we have the option of connecting directly via ethernet or wifi. WAhooo! Dean and his team did a fantastic job with installing everything ! Highly recommend. They wore masks too and social distanced. read more

I would give this person zero stars( not a company if only the owner is the only employee) .
