So happy we have strong wifi and 0 connectivity issues. Digital Draon Tech helped us when our own internet provider was unable to provide solutions. With COVID around mostly everyone is WFH, so having a reliable stable connection is extremely important. Our biggest issue was the poor wifi connection on the second floor as a remedy we purchased a mesh system; which did nothing, we still had a weak connection on the second floor. After some research we discovered we needed to run the internet lines upstairs so that we could connect via ethernet. How would we do that!?? After searching several platforms we came across a few different companies but ultimately decided to go with Digital Dragon because the owner, Dean, was very informative and took his time to provide alternatives. Dean was excellent in providing all the information we needed and answering all of our questions, even if they were silly. We ended up running the internet lines upstairs and installed an antenna for stronger wifi on the second floor. PROBLEM FIXED! Now we have the option of connecting directly via ethernet or wifi.
