ADT…read morelooked like the best option but 9 years ago I tried them and it didn't turn out well, but time for a second chance. Ruben came out and he still provides an excellent sales experience. But the BIG difference was that this time Miguel, the service technician, actually knew what he was doing! He worked in a timely fashion, went over everything prior to the install, made sure everything was working properly (even double checked) and answered all my questions. Could not be happier with the experience this time. So five star review! One of my pet peeves with Yelp reviewers in general is that everybody is afraid to share pricing info. I'm sure readers are dying to know how much their requested service "should" cost. Often they say "reasonable", "better than another quote" etc. - which are all totally useless. Give us actual numbers! Reviewers seem to have love affairs with their service people and cost just isn't that important, at least in their reviews. For this service (think ADT pricing is pretty standard) - equipment cost for 5 motion detectors, 5 sensors and security panel $200 + tax including install. Wish they had cameras, but it was suggested that Ring is best for those. Monitoring charge is $45/month for a two year contract.

Scheduling electricians has often been frustrating for us in the past, but Remon was incredibly accommodating and worked around our schedule. He arrived exactly when he said he would, which we really appreciated. We originally thought our Ring doorbell issue was caused by a bad transformer. After testing everything, Remon determined that the transformer and voltage were actually fine and that the Ring unit itself was likely the problem. What really stood out was that he was willing to wait while we went to Best Buy to pick up a new Ring, and then stayed to install it and make sure everything was working properly. He could easily have left and asked us to schedule another visit, but instead he helped us get everything taken care of that same day. His pricing was also very fair and exactly what he quoted us upfront. I had contacted several electricians before choosing him, and his pricing was the most reasonable. Remon is responsive, punctual, honest, patient, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. It's not easy to find someone this reliable, especially for a smaller electrical job. I'm very happy we found him and will definitely call him again for future electrical work. Highly recommend!
