This is the second time I have used Remon to run a new 20 amp circuit once for a treadmill and now for an indoor Sauna. He is the most pleasant and knowledgeable person to work with. He figured a way to run the treadmill wire without cutting any holes in the drywall, however, had to cut two small circular holes for the Sauna only because the location for the new outlet was right behind the pipes for the garage washer, dryer, and sink. He completed the job as requested and even fixed some issues in the breaker box at no extra charge. I want to share my experience with Megawire. Remon was referred to us by a friend. He came out to install an EV charger. When he arrived, he took his time to figure out the best path to install the EV charger in the garage from the power panel which is located on the second floor. This wasn't an easy task. He took his time to double and triple check the distance and dimensions to minimize cutting holes in the drywall and making Swiss cheese out of the walls and first floor ceiling. Once he determined the best path, he made only 2 - 5" holes, one below the power panel and one in the garage. He took his time and fished the wires through access holes and was able to install the new wiring from the power panel to the garage. After installing the new EV charger in the garage, he cleaned up everything quite well. I have been in the construction industry for over 35 years and have encountered so many contractors, some were good and some not so much much. We called Ramon after half of the house lost power. At first, the lights were flickering, but only in half the house. Then, the power pretty much went out, but again only in half the house. SCE came out and said the wiring behind the meter was damaged and overheating. We were afraid of it catching fire, plus we had people coming over that night and we didn't have power in the kitchen and half the house. I called a few electricians, but none of them could come out right away. And then I found Ramon. He came out in less than an hour to diagnose the problem. He gave us a very fair estimate and said he could do the work the same day. He immediately went out to get the parts he needed and then got right to work. The job was more involved than what he originally thought, but the price stayed the same and he finished in a few hours. SCE ended up coming back out later that night because we had called them for service before we found Ramon and they didn't show up for like 12 hours. The SCE guy insisted on checking the work we had done because he was skeptical that it would be adequate. He checked everything and quickly left, saying the work was done perfectly.
