We had Installationpro install a built-in microwave. The existing opening had to be resized in order to fit the new unit, which required skills and tools I didn't have. Our experience was great! I emailed Installationpro the specifics of the job with some photos and they got back to me within a couple of hours with a quote and scheduling info. Quote looked good to me. I scheduled the work a few days out from initial contact. Communication was excellent as to when they would show up and they showed up right within the arrival window. When the technician arrived he was pleasant, listened to what I wanted, and offered some great suggestions. A couple hours later I had what I wanted. It couldn't have gone better. We'll use them again! read more

Fast friendly and professional service, my 2nd time hiring installationpro and will do the same on my next install. Thank you!

Great service! Was looking for a plumber/handyman to install two bathroom sink faucets and contacted several businesses on yelp for quotes. Installationpro was very responsive, fairly priced and I was able to make a service appointment for Monday morning. Stan, the technician arrived promptly at 8am. Total installation was about 2 hours. He was professional, efficient and not bothered by my curious toddler following him around, lol. Stan left the work area very clean and payment was easy. Faucets look and work great! Would definitely use Installationpro again! read more

This company provided us with a quote to install an awning that we purchased and provided the details of the product to them. We are not experts in awning installation. The expectation is when you hire a "Pro" they know and would ask questions if not sure or ask for an onsite quote before making booking an install date. Pros: - quickly booked an install appointment - Flexible scheduling - Friendly - Low Cost - Open to creative problem solving to make the awning work for the space Cons: - not prepared for services listed on invoice eg. did bring a ladder. Didn't bring paintings tool. Didn't bring stucco patch. - didn't know the awning needed to be assembled. - a Shopping Fee ($25) for materials was on invoice but came empty handed. - a little bit of a language barrier - English not first language. - couldn't install the awning after assembled Overall I was disappointed since they asked if someone could help lift the awning for install which makes sense for a low cost solution. 1 hour turned in to 3 hours of my time onsite as this project fell apart. I ended up painting and patching the stucco as he assembled to expedite the install. read more

Horrible experience. We scheduled a technician to arrive between 8:00-9:00 AM, but he didn't show up until 9:30 AM and then claimed he didn't know where to park. We had already provided clear parking instructions for our business center and even agreed in advance to pay for his parking (there is also free parking nearby). When we pointed out that he was late, he became upset and left without doing any work. Shortly after, we received a call from an unregistered phone number, and the person on the line was extremely rude. There was no communication or follow-up from the home office at all. Because of this unprofessional behavior, they lost a $10,000+ labor job for a one-week TV mounting project. This company is clearly not Irvine Company-centric, and arguing about parking after we agreed to cover the cost is unacceptable. They even charge $25 just for an estimate, which is absurd--we immediately found another company that provided a free, same-day estimate and handled things professionally. Summary: 1.5 hours late Argued about parking Walked off the job Unregistered cell phone calls No communication from management Do not do business with this company. read more

I had a gallery TV mounted and the wires hidden behind the wall. I got a quote through Yelp and Tonya helped me figure out what I needed. Alex came and did the work. He also had to shop for me because I didn't buy the right cable management bits to go inside the wall. I thought Alex took his time - definitely not a rush job. He did great and I'm glad I went with this team over the other estimates I had for the project. Would definitely recommend them. They accept all forms of payment which is also appreciated. I can't say enough good things about Max and InstallationPro. I needed two demo jobs done from work left by the previous homeowners: one was a set of cabinets that had been built into the wall (and, as I later discovered, installed on top of old carpet and baseboards), and the other was the removal of wooden wall slats that we knew would damage the drywall underneath. From the moment Max showed up, I knew I was in good hands. Not only did he carefully remove the cabinets, but when he saw the flooring situation underneath--something other companies told me would require replacing the entire room's flooring--Max handled it on the spot. He patched it up so cleanly and seamlessly that you'd never know cabinets had ever been there. It looks perfect. As for the slats on the wall, Max tackled the removal with care and precision. Despite the expected drywall damage, he patched, textured, and restored the wall like a true pro. The results exceeded my expectations. And he did all of this in just six hours. On top of that, the price was fair and honest. I never once felt like I was being upsold or overcharged--and considering the quality of the work, the value they deliver is truly incredible. Professional, skilled, efficient, and dependable--Max is the kind of handyman you want to have on speed dial. I'll absolutely be calling InstallationPro again for any handyman needs in the future. Don't waste time shopping around--just call Max. read more

Mail theft is rampant in our neighborhood so we needed a lockable mailbox insert installed. We didn't have the tools necessary to get this installed, so we called Installationpro and explained what we needed. They requested a link to the mailbox insert for more information and within 19 minutes, I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Max came out well within the scheduled appointment window. I gave him the supplies and he finished the project within 30 minutes. End result was excellent and great communication! read more

I highly recommend Installationpro! I had several small jobs that needed a to be completed and Stan did them perfectly. I had 2 Doors that weren't closing properly and a Fence that needed some Slats replaced and Painted. Stan put up plastic barriers to prevent wood dust from going all over the house and left all of the work areas in pristine condition. Stan's work is meticulous and he works very quickly. I needed a few projects done around the office I work at and we decided hiring a handyman would be the most efficient way to complete everything. Initially I was looking for a local, independent person who we could call whenever things came up, but wasn't able to find anybody with immediate availability. Installationpro's rates were comparable to other people I received quotes from, and they were able to send somebody the same day. I didn't catch the name of the guy who showed up, but he was polite and got right to work. He needed to go out to Home Depot and buy something, and he discussed the shopping fee with me before heading out, which I appreciated. He completed all the items we had for him in less than 4 hours. He was great at communicating, asking questions, and explaining issues to me. While we are still looking for that independent person we can text on the fly when we need something done, it's nice to know Installationpro is available as a backup. read more

If you need to mount a TV - LOOK NO FURTHER! Seriously, stop and just call or text Alex!! We've used Alex twice now to mount three TVs. He's an expert - no other way to put it. He was available to come right away, very well priced and worked quickly and cleanly. The clean part is important because I've had people come in and just make a mess. Our bedroom looks so much better now that the TV is off our dresser and I can rest easy knowing our giant family room TV is now securely attached with a heavy duty mount (we bought it from Costco per his recommendation)! read more

Wish I had known about their services before I had my other two TVs installed. Installationpro did a fantastic job. They showed up within the one hour window they gave me, on a Saturday no less. The technician (I wish I can remember his name) removed his shoes before coming into the house. Considerate. He tested the TV before even starting the work, which makes sense. He had a pretty high tech lazer thingie to center everything nicely. It only took a little over an hour to do the work. Nice and quick. The whole service was under $400 (included the mount and any materials they needed). I feel like I got quality work for my money. Just check out my B4 and AFTER photos. It turned out exactly as I pictured it. If I ever paint my rooms again. I'm going to call them out and have them reinstall the TVs I already have. Great job! read more

We requested service for our dishwasher. they responded immediately and thankfully sent Aleksey, who had excellent knowledge and competency with the equipment. Alex came out to our Condo to look over putting our small bathroom back together. We had a leak in the wall and everything except the tub was removed, also some flooring coming into the bathroom. He showed us some areas that needed leveling and a few other issues. He was quite though and we were impressed. We scheduled a Thursday and Friday to do the work, he said a day and half to two. We then were notified, the date had changed to Friday and Saturday, starting between 8-9 am. When it was 9:15 I called and talked to Tatiana who I had been communicating with. She said Alex would be there in 40 minutes, but ended up being around 2:30. He had some personal issues, which I totally understand but the communication was lacking. He worked to about 5, he had to go to Home Depot, over the 2 days, 3 times. I thought we had things covered as we bought the flooring and under layment. On Saturday he said Alexander would be there to help at 3 and he was. They were there until 9, I'm sure they were exhausted along with us. My husband requested a discount due to the fact not starting when agreed upon. We received a small discount. The next day, the valves to the toilet and under the sink had small leaks. Luckily my husband was able to fix, with plumbers tape. Quote was broken down, which was good, easy to understand. read more
