It's humongous, heavy, and no one's touched it since it was installed in the '70s. I reached out to a few handymen on Yelp, and I liked Justin's responses and responsiveness the best. A couple of guys had said they couldn't do it, and another was very brusque in his responses. Justin was thorough and polite! He came by today, was super punctual, and tackled the problem right away. Not only did he fix the door so my parents wouldn't have to purchase new doors, he took the time to vacuum and even used a pen to get all the dust/hair/debris that had gathered in the track over the years.
