This is a long review but trust me, it is worth your time if you are considering giving your money to this disrespectful scumbag. My mother and I am disgusted by the behavior I witnessed today. Atrocious, awful customer service and violated our home. Shaun may(?) be able to do his job but he is rude and unprofessional at every turn. On arrival he was asked by my mother to wear shoe covers (we have high pile carpet) but instead he refused, dismissively saying "no, no, this better" and quickly removed his shoes, not only walking on but WIPING his bare feet all over our rugs and carpet. He left both our screen and main door wide open as well. Given how wide it was swing and left open my mother assumed someone would be following behind - but when he was asked he simply said "no" and rushed us to state the problem. He did half the job, saying that 1 out of 2 of our outlets that were not functioning could not be fixed without ripping out drywall. He said we would to buy or find an extension cord, we agreed that this was fine, and he said his goodbye and left. 15 minutes later he shows up again, and this time I answer the door. I ask him if he left something behind, but he ignores my question and asks "Can you get your mom?" condescendingly. Concerned by his eagerness I ask "What do you need?" He says something in unintelligible English, and on asking him to repeat it for me I hear clearly "I need your mom." "For what?" I say, growing mutually impatient with this man who is asking to be let into my home AFTER his job is done and giving me NO reason to open the security gate. The man grows more annoyed with every question I ask, dodging each one or giving a vague answer. A reasonable, sensible person would understand that my only interest is to protect my mother, as I am the only man around the house. But he speaks to me like I am an obstacle, like i am in the way of HIS HOME - when it is OURS. Finally, he raises a brown bag which I recognize from Home Depot, saying that he need to give this to her. I tell him my mother is busy (which she WAS, working from home and on a VERY important business meeting) but I emphasize that I will give it to her. I open the door to get the bag, assuming he raised it up to give it to me - but no, he once again quickly throws his shoes off and brutes his pungent feet inside uninvited like a corpulent rodent when the lights come on. Rushing up our carpet stairs, he yelled for my mother's attention (as, like I said, she was on a business meeting), jolting my mother from her chair, he raises an electric cord - "I got, for you," he pants, and rushes back down and leaves. An hour later our entire power cut out, and two days after that a duo of respectful and professional electricians came by to fix the issue and they confirmed a shoddy job was done. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Given others' characterizations as professional, and our experiences being the absolute opposite of that, I have to wonder whether his constant urge to cut my mother off at every sentence and dismiss her every request, and treat both of us as not even worthy of an ounce of respect stems from misogyny or prejudice as we are both black and I myself am an even darker skinned older teen. But I will make no assumptions. I only know that NEVER in EITHER of our lives have we an experience with someone in our HOME that was this unprofessional and offensive. read more

He was right on time, very polite and I really appreciated that he took pride in his work. As we went along he started doing individual jobs without telling us how much they were going to cost and handing us the bills at the end. Some were incomplete and the prices started to get more and more expensive. We wanted a quote for the whole job but everything was done in bits and pieces and we were told the price at the end. This made it very hard to budget and in the end we had to get someone else finish the project as we were out of money. He also used our kids table as a work bench. Brand new table completely ruined and when I asked him about it he said he hadn't used the table. We have 4 people including myself that saw him using it.
