There was also a difference in how people communicated, some people were borderline rude and could care less, but not Bob George. He was not only responsive and professional from beginning to end, but also one of the best prices I was quoted. He was also flexible with the time, was able to accommodate me when I was available earlier. As opposed some of the other bigger companies that have millions of customers and you are dealing with admins, random staff and call centers, here you are always dealing directly with Bob. The install went super smooth, Bob came on time, he was in and out in less than an hour. He is also a local small business, just 'a man with a van', a genuinely nice guy with decades of experience doing this type of work so I was happy to support a local business owner. He told me that he is semi-retired, however, so if you're looking to get more labor-intensive work done in your home, he may no longer do it, but standard things like a disposal install, it's no problem. Definitely recommended, hope he doesn't completely retire too soon in case I need him in the future!

This required removal, electrical, wall repair, and install of the new lights, which came right out of the box from Home Depot. He also hooked up the dimmers and made some other recommendations, which were beneficial. He did a great job and he wants the customer to be happy with his work. I would like to note that I gave him a list a of a few projects. He was very honest about what projects fell into his "wheelhouse" and what projects he recommends another specialist (He will make referrals). He will not take a project unless he is confident he is the best man for the job. I've only worked with him one time but I definitely believe he is a man of integrity and I would definitely call him back.
