I don't usually write long reviews, but Al earned every word of this one. I reached out about two…read morejobs: replacing my carbon monoxide detector and cleaning out the lint buildup in my dryer. Neither sounds glamorous, but both matter for safety, and I wanted someone who'd treat them that way. That's exactly what I got. From the first message, communication was excellent. He responded quickly, gave me a clear idea of what to expect, and showed up when he said he would. No vague arrival windows and no runaround, just a professional who respects your time. He swapped out the old detector efficiently, made sure the new one was installed in the right spot, and tested it so I could hear it working before he moved on. He didn't just plug it in and leave. He made sure I understood it was functioning properly, which gave me real peace of mind. The dryer lint cleanup was where he really impressed me. I honestly had no idea how much lint had built up in places I'd never think to look. He was meticulous and cleared it out completely instead of doing a quick surface job. Lint buildup is a real fire hazard, and it was reassuring to know it had been handled properly. Even better, he left the area as clean as he found it, if not cleaner. Throughout the visit he was friendly, patient, and happy to answer my questions. He explained what he was doing and why, and I came away knowing a lot more about keeping my home safe. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises at the end. Finding someone reliable for small but important household jobs can be surprisingly hard. Al is now my go-to, and I'd recommend him without hesitation to friends, family, or anyone who wants the job done right the first time. Thank you for the excellent work!
