Perfect Patch provided truly perfect service. Scheduling was easy and convenient. They arrived right on time and set up everything to prevent any of the areas from getting dirty. The drywall work itself looked flawless. Matt and his team accommodated some additional requests last minute as well. Greatly for their kindness and excellent work. Also, very professional receipt and messaging. read more

Contacted them and Jerry and Larry came out the next day to look at the project and quote it out. He estimated 3 hours and that included spraying the acoustic texture back on the ceiling. Which no one else I bid with would even do at this point. They were able to work around my work meeting schedule and came out the next afternoon to do the work. Arrived and set up and had the job done and cleaned up in 3 hours. They were very careful to minimize the mess and drywall is messy stuff. They also cleaned up another patch in the ceiling that a ceiling fan installer left looking like garbage. Best price I got for a full finished job and great communication and service through the whole experience. Whenever I need a repair or if I ever decide to scrape all the acoustic off I know where to go. Thank you Jerry! read more

These guys are fantastic! Came out for a drywall ceiling patch and gave me a well priced quote. They were very professional, took their time to do it right, and made sure I was happy with the end result. Jerry kept saying "I'm gonna patch just like I would want it done" and he apparently has high expectations. I also appreciate the honesty and end to end service that some companies don't provide. I've already referred them and would use them for other jobs. read more

Perfect Patch (Jerry and his teammate) did an excellent job repairing and patching our very high ceiling, with great attention to detail. The texture work was also done beautifully and blended seamlessly. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they were professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them. read more

Jerry did excellent work. He repaired another drywall contractors work and the work was done right for a good price.

The patch is perfect! They were recommended by a friend, showed up on time and left the area clean. Very happy!

I was fine with them just adding texture to a couple walls that I (homeowner) had repaired and dry walled. But no, they took the time to add an extra skim coat and fixed a couple of my less than perfect work - while being kind about it, too. They took the time to cover up surrounding areas, clean up was superb. And these days, I really appreciate the professionalism and pride they showed. 100% recommend. read more

Jerry and his partner did an amazing job! Literally can't see where the patch was completed. He was very honest and said it wouldn't be "perfect" but I think he down plays how good he is! Would definitely use him again read more

We got several quotes back in July and Jerry's was the best! It took us a few months to save up because it was a big job but it was worth it! Jerry was awesome! He honored his previous quote and booked us super quickly! So glad we went with Jerry, he did an AMAZING job and was very courteous and left the work space very clean when he was done. I contacted Jerry on Monday, July 18th to get an estimate for damage to my drywall as a result of my AC condenser line leaking. He met with my boyfriend, as I was out of state at the time. I texted him on Friday, July 22nd to let him know I wanted to discuss moving forward with the project. On Saturday, he stated that he would contact me to set a date. By Monday morning, he still had not contacted me so I reached out to him again. He said that he could come to my condo Monday afternoon to do the work. He never showed. He had my boyfriend wait all afternoon. He then called to apologize and said he could come Wednesday, July 27th at 11am. On Tuesday, I contacted him to see if he needed me to provide any supplies and confirm the work to be completed, as only a verbal summary of the scope of the work had been provided to my boyfriend over a week ago. Jerry was completely rude in our text exchange and demonstrated extremely poor customer service. His text messages speak for themselves: read more

Jerry and Larry did an impeccable job replacing our drywall/texture after our water damage remediation. They were fast, efficient and respectful of our home, taking care to clean up everything after they were done. Their prices are very reasonable too. Absolutely amazing! Jerry and his partner, Larry, completed multiple drywall repairs in our house. They placed new drywall to frame in a loft to bedroom conversion. They placed new drywall for bar to pantry conversion. They also patched a lot of areas that were cut out with electrical repairs. Jerry is the man! He came in and solved all our problems from a previous contractor that did terrible work. We had to fire the contractor after a horrific attempt at drywall work and once Jerry came to see for himself he understood why. He said he knew exactly what to do and after discussing exactly what we wanted and what we expected the work to look like when he finished we felt we would be in good hands. We asked for level 5 smooth ceiling with paper tape and light orange peel on the walls. Jerry came through with top notch work and turned the progress on our kitchen remodel around. I would not hesitate to hire Jerry again or recommend him to others. He is a hard worker and the skill to go with it! We felt very comfortable having him in our home and could trust him. Great guy and we shared some laughs. Overall fantastic experience. Thanks again Jerry! read more

Look no further. The previous reviewers are 100% accurate. Jerry is awesome! I needed a full wall completed as well as 2 partials. We called perfect patch, spoke with Jerry, and within 5 days time,, the job is complete (Actual project took 2 days). His prices are more than fair as we called several other companies. Do not waste your time with this company. I don't know why they're even on Yelp. I contacted them for a quote and they denied it, saying they don't need the business. I have solicited business on Yelp numerous times and have NEVER been turned away. Perfect Patch is far from perfect, despite the 5 star reviews. We're business owners ourselves and would never treat potential customers in this manner; this is just very, very bad business ethics! read more

Jerry came to my house, gave me an estimate, came back when he said was available (one week after) and did a great job. I had big holes in all my walls, some of them were very close to new shade rods (since I removed the old rods). He told me he didn't do paint but honestly what he did was so good that at least in the dark doesn't seem to need paint. I'll call him again if I need him and hope he is available. read more

Would recommend and use again for drywall patch and repair. Everything thing turned out great!

I highly recommend Jerry Lund at Perfect Patch Dry Wall 351-1408. He did a 9 hole repair and texture in two different rooms in about 5 hours all by himself! He has many years of experience and it shows! He bid the job at a fare price and he did the job. I am very picky about who comes to my house as I am a housewife and he is very nice, clean, and totally professional. I actually interviewed 4 guys and my husband interviewed Jerry and knew right away he was our guy. I will always call Jerry at Perfect Patch DryWall. read more

Perfect Patch did a perfect job! I have had such poor luck lately with hiring gardeners, tree removal, sprinklers, and various other workers. But I struck it rich with Matt Davis. Jerry came out today and finished a small drywall repair job in our garage that one contractor started and never finished. He did a great job! After a botched wallpaper removal job that left gouges and scrapes everywhere in the drywall...I decided to hire Jerry to skimcoat the room and shoot new texture. He was on time, very courteous, very clean and did a superb job. This man knows what he is doing when it comes to drywall. Lots of drywall guys can hang sheets of drywall and patch but the real skill comes in being able to shoot a good texture that matches the other rooms in the house. His work was true to his name....perfect ! Thanks Jerry. I highly recommend him. read more

I had a small tape and mud ceiling and walls only bathroom job that others quoted thousands for (because it wasn't "large" enough), but Jerry gave a very reasonable quote and got started right away. Jerry did a large bonus room with all new drywall for us and we went with completely flat for our walls which is risky since all the imperfections show. Also important to note that me and my husband very picky with work done on our home. Jerry's work was excellent and the best price around.
