Which no one else I bid with would even do at this point. They were able to work around my work meeting schedule and came out the next afternoon to do the work. Arrived and set up and had the job done and cleaned up in 3 hours. They were very careful to minimize the mess and drywall is messy stuff. They also cleaned up another patch in the ceiling that a ceiling fan installer left looking like garbage. I contacted Jerry on Monday, July 18th to get an estimate for damage to my drywall as a result of my AC condenser line leaking. He met with my boyfriend, as I was out of state at the time. I texted him on Friday, July 22nd to let him know I wanted to discuss moving forward with the project. On Saturday, he stated that he would contact me to set a date. By Monday morning, he still had not contacted me so I reached out to him again. He said that he could come to my condo Monday afternoon to do the work. He never showed. Jerry is the man! He came in and solved all our problems from a previous contractor that did terrible work. We had to fire the contractor after a horrific attempt at drywall work and once Jerry came to see for himself he understood why. I had big holes in all my walls, some of them were very close to new shade rods (since I removed the old rods).
