I worked in the construction industry for over 5 years, with plenty of drywall work. I have never heard a more overly complex process to patch a simple 12"x12" hole in a ceiling. Leo talks to you like you're a 3 year old and almost seems to purposefully overly complicate the process of 1) drywall prep, 2) drywall patch and 3) texture. There's no such thing as a multiphase drywall patch process or a level 5 drywall tech - it's drywall guys... A little overpriced too - over $500 for a single, small patch job. When you purchase a home, surprises can pop up and catch you off guard. Sadly, we woke up and found a leak that sprang up overnight. A plumber was called immediately!
