I worked in the construction industry for over 5 years, with plenty of drywall work. I have never heard a more overly complex process to patch a simple 12"x12" hole in a ceiling. Leo talks to you like you're a 3 year old and almost seems to purposefully overly complicate the process of 1) drywall prep, 2) drywall patch and 3) texture. There's no such thing as a multiphase drywall patch process or a level 5 drywall tech - it's drywall guys... A little overpriced too - over $500 for a single, small patch job. When you purchase a home, surprises can pop up and catch you off guard. Sadly, we woke up and found a leak that sprang up overnight. A plumber was called immediately! Unfortunately, the plumber ended up cutting into the drywall in our closet as well as the ceiling. Once the leak was detected and fixed, we had to leave the drywall open for 4 weeks. It was a sight for sore eyes! So I searched through Home Advisor for a qualified company that was licensed and insured. Doctor Patch came up with great reviews so we messaged them for an estimate.
