The exterior wall and substrate needed to be rebuilt correctly and sealed properly so the leak wouldn't reoccur. Luis was clear about the scope and communicated well throughout. He handled the prep the right way (paper/lath, corner and bottom section repair, sealing/flashing details, etc.) and then applied the stucco in stages. The finish came out clean and professional. What I appreciated most: Luis is detail-oriented and cared about getting the final look right. He didn't just paint the new wall -- he also painted a pre-existing, adjoining wall so the color match would be seamless. The blend came out excellent and the whole area now looks intentional, not like a patch. Fair pricing, solid workmanship, great attention to detail and follow-through. TLDR: easiest decision, hire Mr. Seong Park…read more I recently called Mr. Seong Park I think on a Thursday night, asking for what I thought was a simple touch up job before we moved into a new place, and thinking I already had the paint. He offered to come by on Saturday (1.5 days later!). He showed up early, gave me two quotes and explained the pros and cons of each, and then ensured the paint I had on hand was the right color before I went to get more. He also removed a TV wall mount, patched it perfectly, and taped several cracks in the drywall. And then the job got way more difficult. I went to go get more paint matched, which took awhile, and when I came back he started painting and it was clear it did not match. He then went to a paint specialist, went through 5 rounds of paint matching before he was satisfied, and came back to proceed with not just touching up but essentially repainting the entire house so that it was uniform in color. What he thought was going to only take a couple hours kept him there the entire day. On top of that, after working an entire day, he asked if he could come back the next morning for one more coat because he wasn't satisfied with the job yet! When I came back in the morning he had finished, cleaned up thoroughly, stored my paint, and installed an outlet cover I had bought. The job totally evolved and at no point did he complain, much less ask for more money to complete it. He did an amazing job, very thorough, and our home now looks brand new. I could not be more happy to highly recommend that you hire him for any paint needs! He was courteous, kind, respectful, and did an amazing job.
