I was looking to get my rental painted, a two bedroom unit about 800 sq ft and Tom's quote was not only the best price, but he was able to get it done the quickest too. I was quoted 5-7 days from a few other places and Tom was able to get it done in 3, which was really important because we were moving in on a tight time frame.
