DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, I HAD HIGH HOPES WITH THE BRINKS NAME, BUT IT'S A TOTAL SCAM & NOW IM STUCK WITH IT! The installers were fantastic. However, any good review stops there. I have not even had my service with this company for a year yet & have had multiple major problems. First, one of my sensors went out & kept setting my alarm off, so I had to fix that myself. Then I went out of town for weeks & came back only to find out that my panel had gone down while I was away & my house was not being monitored at all! I am beyond furious, then they have the nerve to tell me I have to pay to have a technician come out to fix their shitty system & no I can't cancel my contract because it's up to me to tell them it isn't working. Unbelievably horrible customer service & the worst company I have EVER had to work with!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE AT ALL! You're better off with probably any other company, I know I was. Sorry, I absolutely do have a brinks security system with a contract through skyline, so no, I will not take my review down. Same equipment & same companies I don't care where the location is, people deserve to know my experience & I have every right to be angry. If you don't like it, then have that conversation with your company & tell them to figure out how to make it right. I was with ADT for many years paying 60.00 for monthly monitoring and alarm service good but not best , priced that is . Frankie Aldana set me up with an incredibly low price ! My 80-year-old mother was misled by a representative from SkyLine/Brinks who came to her door claiming that Brinks had merged with ADT. They installed a keypad without clear consent, and now both ADT and Brinks/SkyLine are charging her monthly fees. ADT confirmed to me they have no relationship with Brinks or SkyLink. My mother does not recall signing a contract, yet SkyLine is trying to hold her to it. This feels predatory and exploitative of a vulnerable senior citizen. We're demanding cancellation without penalty and reporting this behavior. read more

The Manager Francisco lied to me. He put me in a contract with this service for 5 years without my consent. I just called him for sort out this situation, but he said I will call you back, and he never did, I called the company and they said that Francisco doesn't work there anymore. Frankie was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He went out of his way to come to Ontario from the Los Angeles area, to come and provide us his assistance to guide us in what equipment was needed for example our motion sensors, our window/door alarms and hub. All with a reasonable price. I would have never considered purchasing an alarm/ security system if it wasn't for him. He was a great person to work with at skyline security/ Brinks. Frank came to my home, I had ADT an old panel and they replaced it to this nice touchscreen 4G cellular panel. I was also paying $80.00 a month for old equipment. Frank was able to offer me new equipment and a new panel but also give me more sensors and a glass break for only $49.99 saving me over $30.00 a month I definitely recommend him. They also saved me $30.00 a month for newer equipment and better technology. Plus they are local. I also had ADT in my home and they were able to replace my old numeric panel as well and saved me over $40.00 per month in my home. They also replaced my window sensor, door sensors, motions they also gave me a free thermostat!!! This company Skyline Security/Skyline Energy they also sell solar services , I dealt with Laura, Helena and Kristina. All of these individuals have been the Frontline employees. They also have a solar division, they have completely committed fraud against my elderly parent, the salesperson misrepresented the monthly rate, quoted a lower rate and then when the bill showed up it was higher, they underestimated the electricity usage which placed my father in an uncomfortable position, he ended up with two bills one to edison and the other one fir the panels, resulting in his doubling. It has been a total nightmare dealine with Skyline located at 10642 Downey Ave ste 205 in Downwy CA. They have lied to me for months and finally had enough of their lies, seeking legal and punitive damages now. Be cautious when dealing with skyline and their deceptive practice. I'm not one to write reviews but I had to go out of my way to write this one. My experience with skyline has been terrible, I understand things go wrong but they turned the other way, took their money and ran away from the problem they created. read more
